White River Capital is a financial services holding company with two principal operating subsidiaries. Co.'s Coastal Credit LLC subsidiary is a sub-prime auto finance company engaged in acquiring subprime auto receivables from both franchised and independent automobile dealers that have entered into contracts with purchasers of typically used, but some new, cars and light trucks.
