J. Scott Haugdahl has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota, Institute of Technology. He has over 20 years of experience in the networking industry, including troubleshooting and optimizing networks for many large organizations. He has designed and taught workshops and seminars to thousands of networking professionals worldwide, was a regular contributor of columns and articles for Network Computing magazine, is the author of the book Network Analysis and Troubleshooting, and is the author of the expert system found in the WildPackets EtherPeek NX and AiroPeek NX LAN and WLAN analyzer products. Mr. Haugdahl founded Net3 Group in 1996, which was acquired by WildPackets, Inc. in 2000.

As Vice President of Marketing, John Bennett is responsible for branding, go-to-market strategies, and product management for WildPackets. Mr. Bennett has over 20 years of experience in high tech. Before WildPackets, he was VP, Marketing for Kenai Systems, a developer of vulnerability assessment solutions for Web services deployments. Kenai was acquired by Forum Systems in January 2006. Before Kenai, Mr. Bennett worked as a marketing consultant, developing market messaging and sales tools for start-ups such as Vernier Networks, Skybox Security, and NetContinuum. Mr Bennett's other experience includes product marketing roles for Tumbleweed Communications, a developer of secure messaging solutions, and PictureTalk (now Pixion), an early Web conferencing company. Mr. Bennett graduated from Pomona College with a degree in English, and has studied accounting and economics at UC Berkeley Extension.

Mr. Zabetian co-founded WildPackets in 1990 (as AG Group) and developed the original EtherPeek product. Later he served as President and CEO of WildPackets before taking the role of Chairman. Prior to WildPackets, Inc., Mr. Zabetian held several different technical roles at Kinetics, Excelan and Novell where he developed a number of network management, performance and productivity tools. He is also a past board member of Clear Ink., and Founder and Chairman of Timestamp.com. Mr. Zabetian holds two patents in the area of network management and timestamp methodology, with a number of other patents pending. Mr. Zabetian has been involved with network and Internet management for over 20 years. His first exposure to Internet programming was while obtaining a BS in EECS from Princeton and simultaneously working as a systems programmer at the Princeton Advanced Technology Group. Mr. Zabetian is an active member of Princeton's Northern California Campaign Steering Committee, and Princeton Alumni Schools Committee.

As chief financial officer, Ken Bozzini oversees financial strategy and planning of Arena Solutions to help facilitate company performance and growth. Through his management of the finance, accounting, human resources, legal, information technology, facilities and professional services functions, he focuses on helping the organization leverage its offerings and maximize financial opportunities. With more than 25 years in financial and operational leadership roles for a variety of technology-based companies, Ken has extensive experience in developing the financial foundation and operational processes that support companies through growth, expansion and ultimately public offering or acquisition. In his previous role as CFO at Securimetrics Inc., Ken played a major role in the organization's evolution from entrepreneurial start-up to Sarbanes-Oxley-compliant division of a publicly traded industry leader. Ken has also prepared several companies to go public, including Evolve Software, where he led the organization through an acquisition and an IPO and then transformed the company's cost structure and financing strategy as market conditions rapidly changed. With other financial positions at WildPackets Inc., Xoma Ltd., California Culinary Academy and Hewlett Packard among others companies that range from start-ups to publicly held multinationals Ken knows how to leverage practical financial leadership to help propel companies from one stage of growth to the next. Ken holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Golden Gate University with a bachelor's degree in accounting. Ken earned his CPA while working for PriceWaterhouse, and his license is active.
