Randy Harl was elected Chief Executive Officer in January of 2007, in addition to his duties as President of Willbros Group, Inc. He joined Willbros in January 2006 to serve as President and Chief Operating Officer of Willbros Group, Inc., as well as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Harl has over 30 years experience working with Kellogg Brown & Root ("KBR") and its subsidiaries in a variety of officer capacities, serving as President of several of the Brown & Root business units. Mr. Harl's experience includes executive management responsibilities for units serving both upstream and downstream oil and gas sectors as well as power, government and infrastructure sectors. He was President and CEO of KBR from March 2001 until July 2004 when he was appointed Chairman.
Van Welch joined Willbros in 2006 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Willbros Group, Inc. Mr. Welch has over 28 years of experience in project controls, administrative and finance positions with KBR, Inc. (formerly known as Kellogg Brown & Root), a global engineering, construction and services company, and its subsidiaries, serving most recently as Vice President – Finance and Investor Relations and as a member of KBR’s executive leadership team. From 1998 to 2006, Mr. Welch held various other positions with KBR including Vice President, Accounting and Finance of the Engineering and Construction Division, Vice President, Accounting and Finance of Onshore Operations and Senior Vice President of Shared Services. Mr. Welch is a Certified Public Accountant.

Gay Stanley Mayeux joined Willbros in December 2005 as Vice President of Finance and is responsible for the Company’s treasury and finance activities and corporate business development with respect to acquisition prospects and due diligence requirements. In October 2007, Ms. Mayeux was appointed Treasurer of Willbros Group, Inc. She is a CPA with over 30 years of experience in management of international financial and accounting activites, financial and operating reporting, financial planning, and business process design and implementation. Ms. Mayeux has previously been employed in senior financial positions with McDermott International, Inc., Input/Output, Inc., Hydril Company and Weatherford International Ltd. She is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with honors with a B.B.A. in Accounting.

Gordon Hagendorf joined Willbros as Vice President of Human Resources in January 2008. He has a diversified background in strategic HR development, executive leadership training, and HR process and performance improvements, on both a domestic and international basis. Mr. Hagendorf has over 30 years of extensive HR expertise working at Brown & Root and Aker Kvaerner in all phases of HR. He worked in several HR management positions with Brown & Root over a 17-year career and served as Senior Vice President for Aker Kvaerner for all HR activities in the construction and process businesses in the U.S., Canada, and South America. He also has extensive experience in Asia, the Middle East and Australia. Mr. Hagendorf holds a Bachelor or Science degree in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University and several professional certifications in HR.
Michael W. Collier joined Willbros in 1995, marketing the Company's services to Latin American markets and to Houston-based international energy companies. In 2000, Mr. Collier was appointed Manager, Investor Relations, and continues to support corporate marketing, communication and business development activities. He was appointed Vice President of Investor Relations in January, 2006. He has over 30 years experience, both domestic and international, in the pipeline engineering, construction and maintenance industry. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classics and Political Science from Tulane University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Dennis G. Berryhill, Corporate Secretary and Director of Human Resources of Willbros Group, Inc., has over 30 years of experience in the energy industry managing administrative, human resources, employee benefits, and risk management functions. Mr. Berryhill joined Willbros in 2000 and was elected Corporate Secretary in May 2001. Prior to joining Willbros, he served in senior officer and management positions with Galveston-Houston Company, McDermott International, and Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corporation. He is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
Richard “Rick” Russler joined Willbros in August 2005 as Director of Internal Audit with reporting responsibility to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors and was recently appointed as Corporate Compliance Officer, overseeing regulatory compliance. He is a CPA with responsibility for the internal audit requirements for Willbros worldwide. Mr. Russler has over 20 years experience in internal audit services and Securities and Exchange Commission audits, operational accounting and controls, and in technology management and control issues. He previously worked 22 years with Arthur Anderson LLP where he served as a Partner for eight years. Mr. Russler holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin and received a Masters degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
James R. Beasley joined Willbros in 1981 when Willbros Engineers, Inc. was acquired. He was elected Vice President of Willbros Engineers, Inc. in 1981, Senior Vice President and General Manager in 1982, President in 1986 and Senior Vice President of Willbros USA, Inc. in 2001. Mr. Beasley has more than 35 years of domestic and international experience in economic studies, project management, engineering, construction management, and operations of pipeline systems and military facilities. He received Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri.

Latif A. Razek is General Manager of The Oman Construction Company where he has been employed for over 30 years and has served as General Manager since 1999. He has extensive experience in pipeline and oil-related industries. He is responsible for all Oman operations: pipeline and facilities construction, oilfield and mechanical services, pipeline maintenance and repairs, rig moving and cargo haulage. Mr. Razek is fluent in English, Arabic, and French.

John T. McNabb, II was elected as Chairman of the Board in September 2007. He was elected to the Board of Directors in August 2006. Mr. McNabb is Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Growth Capital Partners, L.P., a merchant banking firm that provides financial advisory services to middle market companies throughout the United States, since 1992. Since 2001, he has served as a Principal of Southwest Mezzanine Investments, the investment affiliate of Growth Capital Partners, L.P. Previously, he was a Managing Director of Bankers Trust New York Corporation and a Board member of BT Southwest, Inc., the southwest U.S. merchant banking affiliate of Bankers Trust, from 1989 to 1992. Mr. McNabb started his career, after serving in the U.S Air Force during the Vietnam conflict, with Mobil Oil in its exploration and production division and has approximately 30 years of experience in various segments of the energy business. Mr. McNabb has served on the board of six public companies. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Hiland Partners LP.
Arlo B. DeKraai was elected to the Board of Directors in November 2007, and serves as President and CEO of the Willbros Downstream business segment (“InServ”). Mr. DeKraai has over 35 years experience working in the downstream oil and gas construction, turnaround and maintenance industry. He graduated from South Dakota State University in 1970 with a BS in Civil Engineering and worked for Texaco Inc. in their refining operations. He entered the construction and turnaround business in various capacities and ultimately was the founder and President of Midwest Industrial Contractors in 1983, as a provider of construction and maintenance services for the refinery and petrochemical sector. As President and CEO of InServ, the company was transformed into a global leader in the downstream construction, turnaround, maintenance and turnkey projects business with over $300 million in revenue in 2007. He remains in his current capacity at InServ, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Willbros Group, while also serving as a Class III Director for Willbros. Mr. DeKraai was named Distinguished Engineer of South Dakota State University (SDSU) in 2005, serves on the Board of Governors of The Enterprise Institute, an affiliate of SDSU, and is also on the Board of Directors of the Oaks Indian Mission which provides for the needs of Native American children in Oaks, Oklahoma.
Gerald J. Maier was elected to the Board of Directors in January 2007. Mr. Maier served as Chairman of TransCanada PipeLines, a natural gas transmission and power company, from 1992 until his retirement in 1998. He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of TransCanada PipeLines from 1985 to 1994. Mr. Maier is a director of Bow Valley Energy Ltd., a Canadian oil and gas company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Mr. Maier has served as Chairman of Granmar Investment, Ltd., a private family enterprise, since 1986, and as Chairman of the Board of Regents of the Athol Murray College of Notre Dame (Wilcox, Saskatchewan) since 1997.

James B. Taylor, Jr. was elected to the Board of Directors in February 1999. Mr. Taylor co-founded Solana Petroleum Corp., a Canadian-based public oil and gas exploration and production company, in 1997 and served as Chairman of its Board of Directors until December 2000. From 1996 to 1998, he was a Director and consultant for Arakis Energy, a Canadian public company with operations in North America and the Middle East Prior to that time, he served for 28 years for Occidental Petroleum Corporation in various worldwide exploration and operations management positions before retiring in 1996 as Executive Vice President.

Bob Sluder was elected to the Board of Directors in May 2007. Mr. Sluder was President of Kern River Gas Transmission Company, a unit of MidAmerican Energy/Berkshire Hathaway, from February 2002 to December 2005, when he retired. Kern River is the owner and operator of a 1,700-mile interstate natural gas pipeline between southwestern Wyoming and southern California. In addition, he served as President of Alaska Gas Transmission Company, formed in 2003 to fascilitate the delivery of North Slope reserves to Canadian and U.S. markets. He was Senior Vice President and General Manager of The Williams Companies in Salt Lake City from December 2001 to February 2002 and Vice President of Williams Operations from January 1996 to December 2001. Mr. Sluder served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Kern River from 1995 to 1996 and as Director, Operations for Kern River from 1991 to 1995. Prior to that time, he held a variety of engineering and construction supervisory positions with various companies.
S. Miller Williams was elected to the Board of Directors in May 2004. He was Executive Vice President of Strategic Development of Vartec Telecom, Inc., an international consumer telecommunications services company, from August 2002 until May 2004, and was appointed interim Chief Financial Officer of Vartec in November 2003. Since leaving Vartec, he has primarily been involved in personal investments. From 2000 to August 2003, Mr. Williams served as Executive Chairman of the Board of PowerTel, Inc., a public company which provided telecommunications services in Australia. From 1991 to 2002, he served in various executive positions with Williams Communications Group, a subsidiary of The Williams Companies that provided global network and broadband media services, most recently as Senior Vice President Corporate Development and General Manager International. He was President and owner of MediaTech, Incorporated, a manufacturer and dealer of computer tape and supplies, from 1987 until the company was sold in 1992.
William B. Berry was elected to the Board of Directors in February 2008. He began his career with Phillips Petroleum Company in 1976 in Houston, and served the company in El Dorado, Arkansas; London, England; Odessa, Texas; Abidjan, Ivory Coast; and Stavanger, Norway. In 1981 he transferred to Houston as Manager, Partner Operations. In 1984 he was moved to Corporate headquarters in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, as Planning Manger for E&P. In 1986 he was relocated to Odessa, Texas as the Operations manager responsible for E&P and Gas Gathering and Processing for Phillips’ Permian Basin operations. He was named manager, corporate planning in 1989, and then became Country manager for international exploration and production in China in 1992. Berry was recognized by the government of China as one of the 31 outstanding foreign experts in 1996. He became vice president of international exploration and production, new ventures, in 1997 and vice president of exploration and production, Eurasia, in 1998. In 2001, he was elected senior vice president of exploration and production, Eurasia-Middle East, a position he held until the ConocoPhillips merger in August 2002. Following the merger, he served as president, Asia Pacific, until year end 2002, when he was named executive vice president, exploration and production. He retired December 31, 2007. He served on the board of the Beijing International School from 1996 to 1997, and he currently serves on the Dean’s Advisory Council and the Foundation Board of Directors at Mississippi State University, and the advisory Board of Teach For America in Houston, and is the past Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Spindletop International, a Houston based Petroleum Industry Philanthropic organization. Berry also served on the Asia Society Texas Board. Mr. Berry is a native of Mississippi, and graduated in 1974 from Mississippi State University with a bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering. In 1976, he received his master’s degree in petroleum engineering.
