Mark Berey, Jack Dunn and Gerard Holthaus currently are members of Class III of the Board. Messrs. Berey and Holthaus have been directors since 2004 and Mr. Dunn, who is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has been a director since 1992. Mr. LeBuhn became our Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer in March 2005. Mr. LeBuhn has also served as Williams Scotsman s Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer since March 2002 with responsibilities for Marketing, Human Resources, and Information Systems. From July 1999 to March 2002, he served as Williams Scotsman s Vice President-Marketing and Human Resources.

Daniel R. Stuart joined Williams Scotsman in March 2005 as vice president of information technology and CIO. He is responsible for the design, planning and delivery of information technology projects and services, ensuring that all technology helps Williams Scotsman meet its high customer service standards. In this position, Dan strategically evaluates all technological requirements on a proactive basis so that all 85 branches obtain effective, seamless and reliable IT-related services. Prior to joining Williams Scotsman, Dan served as director of information technology for crane manufacturer Grove Worldwide. He is a member of the Society for Information Management and the Project Management Institute, Inc.

As vice president of operations, Dean T. Fisher is instrumental in maintaining Williams Scotsman's fiscal health and stability. He manages all operational areas including credit, contracts, invoicing, documentation management, cash posting, collections and recovery. Dean has created efficient systems that enable the company's branch managers to better serve their customers at the local level. A consultant to Williams Scotsman prior to joining the company in October 2001, he has several years of management experience in the banking industry and a proven track record for improving profitability. Formerly senior vice president and division head of Global Customer Services with VISA International, where he achieved the company's "Best in Class" benchmarking designation, Dean also managed and participated in several acquisitions, divestitures and system conversions during the formation of Bank of America.

Mr. Singer joined us on February 28, 2005 and is our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining our Company, Mr. Singer had been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TESSCO Technologies Inc. since 1999. From 1983 to 1999, Mr. Singer held progressive executive financial positions with McCormick and Company, Inc.

As vice president of marketing and business development, Michele Cunningham oversees all of Williams Scotsman's global marketing operations. Her responsibilities include overseeing strategic planning, marketing communications, media relations, merger and acquisition analysis, lead qualification management and product management. Michele's strategic leadership is critical to meeting Williams Scotsman's ambitious growth objectives in U.S. markets, as well as the company's international expansion plans. Prior to joining Williams Scotsman, Michele held positions with organizations including Random House and AT&T Capital Corporation. Most recently, she served as vice president of marketing and product management at THINQ Learning Solutions in Baltimore. Michele's professional memberships include the American Society for Training & Development, Society for Human Resource Management, National Association of Women in Construction, Modular Building Institute, and CMO Council. She also founded the Marketing Executives Roundtable of the Greater Baltimore Technology Council.

Mr. Flick was elected as a director of our board and appointed as the Chairman of our Audit Committee in September 2005. Mr. Flick had been a Special Executive of Willscot Equipment LLC ( Willscot ), a wholly owned subsidiary of Williams Scotsman, Inc. (a position substantially equivalent to a director of a corporation that must be held by an independent person who is required to approve certain actions of Willscot) from 1997. Mr. Flick resigned from that position prior to his election as our director. He has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Winnow, Inc., a consulting company, since 1994. Mr. Flick is a certified public accountant who until 1988 was associated with the accounting firm of Ernst & Young LLP for 26 years.

Mr. Singleton is the founder and Managing Director of Pillar Capital LP, an investment management firm, serving in such capacity since June 2007. He is the former President and founding partner of The Cypress Group LLC, a private equity firm, where he was employed from 1994 to December 2005. Prior to founding Cypress, he was a Managing Director in the Merchant Banking Group at Lehman Brothers.

James N. Alexander was elected as a director of our board in May 1997. Mr. Alexander has been a Managing Partner of Oak Hill Investment Management and its predecessors since June 2001, and a Vice President of Keystone Group, L.P. and its predecessors since August 1995.

Steven B. Gruber is a Managing Partner of Oak Hill Capital Management the investment advisor to Oak Hill Capital Partners, a multi-billion dollar private equity investment group. He was a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Insurance Partners, L.P. (a $540 million private equity fund dedicated to investments in the insurance industry) and a Managing Partner of the management company of Acadia Partners, L.P. (a $1.6 billion leveraged high yield and private equity fund). Steven has senior responsibility for originating, structuring and managing investments for Oak Hill Capital’s Healthcare and Business and Financial Services industry groups. Prior to this Steven was a Managing Director and Co-Head of High Yield Securities at Lehman Brothers and a Managing Director of its Merchant Banking Group. He was also a member of Lehman Brothers' Investment Committee and Investment Banking Division Operating Committee. He earned a B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
