Wilsons The Leather Experts Inc.

Jeffrey M. Loeb joined our company as Chief Information Officer on March 27, 2007. Prior to becoming an executive officer of Wilsons Leather, Mr. Loeb served as an information technology consultant since November 2004, and in that capacity he provided consulting services to Wilsons Leather from June 2006 to March 2007. Mr. Loeb previously served in various information technology positions at Best Buy, a consumer electronics retailer, including most recently as a Program Director, from 2000 to November 2004.

Mike was recruited by the company's founders in 2000. When Mike joined the firm, he brought with him a wealth of experience in both operating management and corporate finance roles, most recently as President of Starbucks Coffee Company (UK) Ltd. in London. Prior to his international corporate leadership experience, Mike spent several years as an entrepreneur developing and selling franchise companies for both Blockbuster Video and Papa John's Pizza. While he was at Blockbuster, he had the opportunity to work closely with Goldner Hawn when it became the business' lead investor. Mike's career in corporate finance also includes Merrill Lynch in New York and Phoenix and a boutique investment banking business he launched, built and sold. Mike currently serves on the board of Goldner Hawn portfolio companies Allen-Edmonds and Transport America. He also holds a board position at the Guthrie Theater, and formerly, at the Walker Art Center. Mike is also a director at First Solar Corporation.

William F. Farley has served as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Livingston Capital, a private investment firm, since January 2003. Mr. Farley served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Science, Inc., a medical device company, from October 2000 to December 2002. Mr. Farley served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Kinnard Investments, Inc. an investment securities firm, from 1997 to 2000. Mr. Farley served as Vice Chairman of First Bank Systems (now US Bancorp), a financial services holding company, from 1990 to 1996. Mr. Farley is a director of Harte-Hanks, Inc.

David L. Rogers has served as a retail consultant and private investor since August 2004. Mr. Rogers served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Wilsons Leather from April 1992 to August 2004. In 1988, Mr. Rogers joined Wilsons Leather as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer when Bermans The Leather Experts, Inc., a specialty leather retailer, was acquired by Wilsons Leather, and he served in such capacity until April 1992. Mr. Rogers served as Chief Operating Officer of Bermans The Leather Experts, Inc., from 1983 to 1988 and Chief Financial Officer from 1980 to 1984.

Joe joined Goldner Hawn in 2001 after serving as Director of Business Development for an Internet startup. Prior to his Web venture, Joe spent three years as a merger and acquisition consultant in the Corporate Development group of Arthur Andersen LLP where he had the opportunity to work with Goldner Hawn on several assignments. Past career experience also includes business consulting with Towers Perrin. Joe was promoted to Vice President at Goldner Hawn in 2004 and to Principal in 2006. Joe currently serves on the board of Goldner Hawn portfolio company Transport America. Joe is a graduate of Knox College.

Morris Goldfarb is our Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, as well as one of our directors. Until April 1997, Mr. Goldfarb also served as our President. Mr. Goldfarb has served as an executive officer of G-III and our predecessors since our formation in 1974. Mr. Goldfarb is also a director of Lakes Entertainment, Inc.
