Pauline Froebel, a 30-year Woburn resident, has worked for the U.S. government for 34 years, currently in a senior civilian official capacity at Bedford?s Hanscom Air Force Base. She earned a bachelor?s degree from Northeastern University and an MBA from Babson College. Froebel has also attended Harvard University?s Kennedy School of Management, the U.S. government?s Federal Executive Institute and, most recently, its National War College. Residents of Whispering Hill Road in Woburn, Froebel and her husband Carl have one adult daughter. Winchester resident Dr. Peter Rotolo has practiced medicine in Burlington for 24 years. An obstetrician and gynecologist, Dr. Rotolo graduated from New Jersey College of Medicine. He is a recent president of the medical staff at Winchester Hospital (recently ranked one of the country?s top 100 hospitals), and was first admitted to practice there in 1976. Dr. Rotolo and his wife, Maureen, are the parents of four children. According to Whalen, New Horizons maintains up to a 12-member volunteer board of trustees, with three members rotating off at the end of each calendar year. Dr Hutcheson is the Founder and Director of the Winchester Pain Management Center. He is also a member of the Winchester Anesthesia Associates, Inc and Chairman of the Department of Anesthesia at the Winchester Hospital. Dr Hutcheson is a native of Reading, Massachusetts and received his medical degree at The Chicago Medical School in Chicago, Illinois. He completed an internship in medicine and surgery at the Carney Hospital in Boston, an affiliate of Boston University School of Medicine. Dr Hutcheson then completed his residency training in anesthesia and pain management at Tufts University School of Medicine at New England Medical Center where he was also chief resident. After remaining on staff as an assistant professor, he was awarded the department of anesthesia's "Instructor of the Year" for 1994. Dr Hutcheson joined Winchester Anesthesia Associates, Inc in 1995 and promptly founded the Pain Management Center. In 2003, he was named as one of the regions "Top Doctor's in Pain Management" by Consumer Checkbook, a nationally recognized consumer advocacy group.

Bill Cummings is a former overseer of Tufts Medical School, director of Winchester Hospital, and founder and former publisher of three community newspapers - the Woburn Advocate, Stoneham Sun and Winchester Town Crier. Cummings is also a trustee emeritus of Tufts University, and was chairman of Tufts' property-holding corporation (Walnut Hill Properties), as well as a bank director, and elected member and chairman of the Winchester Planning Board. Other outside activities include many philanthropic involvements, and several decades as a director and honorary director of Woburn Boys and Girls Club, Inc. In 1998 Cummings was named 1998 Real Estate Entrepreneur of the Year for New England by Ernst & Young, LLP. He was also awarded Tufts University's Distinguished Service Award "for service to Tufts, his community and his profession." His firm's restoration of the historic United Shoe Machinery Corp. complex in Beverly, Massachusetts was the subject of a very laudatory October 2, 1997 feature story in The Wall Street Journal by Pulitzer Prize-winning architecture critic Ada Louise Huxtable. Cummings was awarded the degree of Doctor of Public Service, honoris causa by Tufts University in May, 2006.
