Mr. Lynch is a 30-year veteran of the food retail industry who had previously served as president and chief operating officer of Albertson’s, Inc., one of the world’s largest food and drug retailers. Since joining Winn-Dixie in December 2004, he has guided the company through a significant operational and financial turnaround that resulted in its emergence from bankruptcy in November of 2006. Mr. Lynch began his retail career with Star Markets Company, Inc., where he served as vice president of operations and vice president of human resources before being named president. Mr. Lynch received his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Nichols College where he has recently joined the board of trustees. Additionally, he serves on the board of directors for the Food Marketing Institute (FMI). FMI conducts programs in research, education, industry relations and public affairs on behalf of its 1,700 food retailer and wholesale companies worldwide.

Mr. Garcia currently serves as Managing Director, Merchant Banking Division of Cabrera Capital Markets L.L.C. Until 2009, he served as Senior Managing Director of Hispanic Capital Markets Group at vFinance, Inc. Mr. Garcia was founder, CEO and Chairman of Sterling Financial Group of Companies, Inc. In 1988, Garcia was selected as one of fourteen White House Fellows. He later received two more presidential appointments: the first was to serve on a national education commission and the next was to serve as Chairman of the U.S. Air Force Academy Board of Visitors, which oversees all operations at the military academy. Additionally, the former governor of Florida appointed him to serve as one of seven members of the Florida State Board of Education from 2001-2006. Mr. Garcia graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with a B.S. in 1983; received a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma in 1987; and a J.D. from Columbia University Law School in 1994.

Mr. Olson has served in various positions during his 35 year career in executive leadership for both national and international organizations. Most recently, Mr. Olson served as Senior Vice President of Operations for PepsiCo International in its Europe, Africa, and Middle-East locations, as well as PepsiCo Finance Europe LTD. Previously, he held executive positions in Ernest & Julio Gallo Winery and Kraft Jacobs Suchard, Inc. Mr. Olson graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1971 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Ms. Jackson is the founder and President of BeecherJackson. Between 1993 and 2005, Ms. Jackson served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Pfizer, Inc., Compaq Computer Corporation, and Burger King Corporation. From 1979 to 1993 she served in a number of human resources positions at Avon Products, Inc., including Vice President, Human Resources for the U.S. division. She began her career as a personnel manager at Sears, Roebuck & Co. Ms. Jackson graduated from Spelman College in 1970 with a B.A. in Liberal Arts.
