Suresh Vaswani is the Jt. Chief Executive Officer of Wipro’s IT Business and is a Member of the Board of Wipro Limited. He jointly carries the overall responsibility for the strategy and operations of Wipro’s IT Business. Suresh has been with Wipro for 23 years in various leadership positions and has been responsible for Wipro’s leadership position in differentiated global practices and emerging markets. Suresh was rated among the top 25 Young Business Executives in India by Business Today, a leading business magazine in India. Suresh holds an engineering degree from IIT-Kharagpur and a management degree from IIM- Ahmedabad. Suresh and his wife have two sons.

Dr. A.L. Rao has served as President-Technology Services and Chief Operating Officer of Wipro Technologies since October 2000 and has served with us in other positions since August 1980. Dr. Rao holds a B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. in Nuclear Physics from Andhra University in India. Pursuant to the re-organization, Dr. A.L. Rao has moved over as head of the Strategic Partnerships initiatives for the Company.

Sudip Banerjee has served as President-Enterprise Solutions of Wipro Technologies since February 2002 and has served with us in other positions since November 1983. Mr. Banerjee holds a B.A. from Delhi University, India and Diploma in Management from All India Management Association, India.

With over 23 years of global diversified experience, TK Kurien (TK) is President Wipro Consulting Services, Global Programs & Strategic Initiatives, Communication and Media. TK runs some of the critical growth engines in the organization’s overall business plans. He has led multiple initiatives in various capacities including serving as Chief Executive of Wipro's Healthcare & Life Sciences business and Chief Executive of the Telecom Service Provider Business TK was adjudged as the BPO CEO of the year by IQPC in 2007. TK’s ideas on Lean Service delivery has been featured in several books including the book “25 Management ideas that would change the world” a McGraw Hill publication TK is a member of the Wipro Corporate Executive Council. Before joining Wipro, Mr. Kurien served as the CEO of GE X Ray from October 1997 to January 2000 and prior to that was the CFO of GE Medical Systems (South Asia)

Aniruddha Ganguly joined Wipro BPO in January 2006 as Associate Chief Operating Officer. He is currently the Business Unit Head for some of the largest key accounts. An Electronics Engineer and MBA in Finance, Aniruddha has over 24 years' experience in general management, profit center management, operations, business development & marketing, quality assurance and technology transfer. Prior to joining Wipro, Aniruddha was Sr Vice President - India Operations in vCustomer, a 3rd party BPO, for a year. Before that he was Country Manager, South Asia, heading the power transmission & distribution services business of Alstom for 4 years, setting it up and making it grow profitably from Rs. 4 crores to Rs. 100 crores. Prior to Alstom, he headed the contracting division in Cegelec, executing major turnkey projects in the areas of oil & gas and power generation. Aniruddha started his career with NTPC and worked as a power plant automation engineer for 4 years.

Ayan joined Wipro 20 years ago as a management graduate from The Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Prior to that he majored in EE (B. Tech) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India. For the first 10 years of his career he was responsible for Computers and System Integration sales in Northern India. He relocated with his family to the United States in 1996 when Wipro wanted to aggressively grow its software services business. Wipro was a mere $55M corporation at that time. Ayan was instrumental in driving business growth in the Northwest Region and dramatically increasing Wipro’s market share within the region. Subsequent to this, he was also responsible for running Wipro’s western region. Ayan then became the head of Wipro’s Product Engineering services business for North America. Under his leadership, Wipro witnessed exponential growth, making it the largest Product R and D services provider in the world. Ayan was also responsible for establishing Wipro’s VLSI and hardware design services practice. In 2008, Ayan Mukerji took over as the Head for Europe Geography after a very successful stint in his role as the Business Head for our Technology Business in North America. A Wipro veteran of over 20 years, Ayan has played a variety of leadership roles within the organization working across IT, Technology and Systems Integration businesses. Most recently he was responsible for establishing Wipro as the world’s largest 3rd party Technology Service provider. Ayan will now focus on the European markets and work towards building Wipro as thought leader in the diverse markets and different countries we operate in.

Hiroshi Alley is Chief of Sales and Operations for the Japan & China Geo. He brings to Wipro his 28 years of international experience in working for Global International companies in U.S., Japan and Europe. Hiroshi joined Wipro in March of 2007 from BEA with whom he worked since 2000 in the capacity of sales leader where he was responsible for enterprise sales, consulting, partner program business and SI parnter program business and quickly moved on to become their Managing Director heading BEA in Japan. Hiroshi grew up in Japan for the first 17 years and then moved to US for his graduation. He spent a large part of early career in USA with Honda USA in Sales & Marketing, Engineering, localization and quality control. His work in the next organization gave him the opportunity to move to Japan to head up their Business Strategy Division in Asia Pacific region to implement a ‘Just-in-time’ delivery system. His strong exposure to a global and multi cultural work environment, background with sales, strategy and operations are experiences which we believe would go a long way in delivering to the role he has been appointed to.

I.Vijayakumar (IVK) is CTO of Wipro’s IT businesses covering Wipro Technologies, Wipro Infotech and Wipro BPO. His responsibilities include technology strategy planning, governance of Centers of Excellence, Innovation process, technical stream management and technology alliances with industry and academic forums. In his earlier role as Vice President of Telecom Applications & Solutions BU at Wipro, he handled the telecom applications business for both product vendors and telecom service providers for driving the growth of network and package solutions into this segment. He has been with Wipro for the last 18 plus years and one of the core members of the telecom solutions group when it was setup more than a decade ago. He has 20 plus years experience in telecom and embedded systems industry and worked in the areas of carrier switches, PBX’s, Voice mail systems, Key Telephone systems, IP telephony and wireless applications. He has also extensive experience in the field of embedded systems in the areas of defence and aerospace communications and control systems. He was also the member of the first innovation council at Wipro and participated in many activities related to the charter, scope and operating model of innovation. He is a lead presenter in many forums covering telecom industry, media and financial & market analysts for Wipro. His current interests include the exploration of new wireless devices, mathematical modeling of telecom networks, integration of IT systems and networks, Physics of music and Theory of Fractals.

He is an Electronics Engineer with a Post Graduation in Statistical Quality Control, Operations Research and Reliability from Indian Statistical Institute. In his current responsibility he oversees the Quality, Customer satisfaction and Business Excellence initiative for Wipro. Master Black Belt in Wipro and has significantly contributed to Six Sigma revitalization in the organization and championing the Business Excellence initiative under Wipro Way. Has over 23 years of Industry experience spanning from manufacturing, ITES and IT. He has handled various portfolios during his 23 years i.e. Design, Quality assurance, technical support for data communications, customer care, Strategic sourcing, project management, business excellence etc. Spent about 4 years in Research and Production Engineering function with a Telecom design company (centre for Development of Telematics) engaged in design and development of Digital Switching Systems. Worked with Motorola for 10 years in various functions including Quality Assurance and Reliability, Technical Support for data communication products, Customer Satisfaction and Business Process Improvement. Was responsible to roll out the Six Sigma program for Motorola Manufacturing operations in India working with Motorola University. Has been an International assessor in Motorola for assessing Motorola facilities in Quality Systems Review in line with Malcolm Baldridge criteria. He was also heading the Asia Strategic Sourcing team for TYCO Healthcare a TYCO Group of companies where his team developed more than 50 Suppliers in Asia for various commodities and had widely used Six Sigma methodology to develop Supplier Quality Systems. Apart from his Quality profession, Jagdish is very actively involved in promoting Indian classical music among young children and also one of the founding member of Rockfund that is engaged in educating girl children, Currently there are about 100 children being educated under this initiative.

Jessie Paul is Chief Marketing Officer for Wipro Technologies. She is responsible for further enhancing Wipro’s brand globally and was instrumental in launching the “Applied Innovation” theme campaign. She is also a member of Wipro Technologies’ Diversity Council. Jessie Paul has over a decade of experience in services marketing and brand internationalization. She has been recognized for her contribution to putting the Indian IT Industry on the global map, and has been named one of the most influential businesswomen in IT in India. Prior to joining Wipro, Jessie spearheaded the marketing function for iGATE Global Solutions (NASDAQ: IGTE). Previously, as Global Brand Manager, Jessie helped establish the marketing department at Infosys (NASDAQ: INFY), putting in place the marketing infrastructure and processes. Her efforts at Infosys earned her the Chairman’s Award and also the Diamond Award from IT Services Marketing Association of America. Both Wipro Technologies and Infosys have been instrumental in building “brand India” as we know it today. She has been a speaker on the topic of brand internationalization at various conferences in India and US, including Forbes Executive Women’s Forum, CII Marketing Summit, and ITSMA Annual Marketing Conference. She has published articles on marketing and branding in various leading publications, runs a blog on marketing at www.jessiepaul.com and is currently authoring a book, “Marketing in a Flat World” to be published by McGraw Hill in early 2009. Jessie Paul holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta and earned a bachelor's degree in computer science and engineering from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Trichy in 1992.

K R Lakshminarayana Ian (LAN) - Chief Strategy and M&A Officer of Information Technologies (IT) Prior to the current role, Lan was CFO of the IT businesses. At an annualized Revenue of over $4 billion, Wipro’s IT businesses constitute about 90% of Wipro Limited’s Revenues and 95% of its profits and is among the top 3 IT players from India. With a team of over 70,000 people operating out of 35 countries, Wipro addresses the IT requirements of more than 600 customers in North America, Europe, Asia, Middle East, and India. Earlier, Lan was the Corporate Treasurer and Head of Investor Relations for Wipro. Corporate Treasury manages various critical functions in Wipro including foreign exchange risk in excess of $4 billion and cash flows of over $2 billion. Wipro was ranked No 1 in Investor Relations among Tech companies in Asia by the sell side in survey conducted by Institutional Investor publications in 2004 as well as in 2005. Lan was also ranked the No 1 IR representative among Tech companies in Asia in both the surveys. Being a part of Wipro since 1995, Lan has participated in Wipro’s growth over the last decade. Further, his experience in various functions including Quality, Resource management and Management Assurance, has provided him an in-depth understanding of the various business issues. Lan is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Prior to Wipro, Lan worked in a Financial Institution as well with a multinational in chemicals industry. A qualified management accountant and a graduate in management from IIM - Lucknow, one of India’s premier management school, Lan has interests in the areas of teaching, quizzing and financial research.

Laxman Badiga career spans 30 years in the IT industry, after his graduation - MTech from IIT Kanpur in 1978. Starting with the Management Services group of a leading Indian Automobile manufacturer, Laxman was involved in the development of various systems to automate there production management and control, inventory and other systems. Later he joined Wipro – an upcoming Computer manufacturer and systems Integrator at its initial stages in their R&D group in 1981. He was responsible for delivering multiple Productivity tools and Application products in the evolving Indian computer market. During the career spanning 26 years in the company he has held various positions including development of standard off the shelf packages for international market as well as for India. Notable among them were a project management and planning package, node less remote LAN and network sharable products etc. From 1990’s onwards his focus shifted to services as the new initiative of the company and was responsible in the establishing as a leading services provider. Today Wipro is one of the leading Outsourcing companies with nearly 4 billion USD revenues with 78000 employess. During the last 15 + years he handled Major accounts, Europe as a business and established retails and utilities as a vertical business. He has handled Global resourcing for all service business and during his tenure has seen 50% annual growth in resources. For the last two years he has been responsible for all operations including IS/ IT for the company and in this role handles the CIO functions as well. Some of the key initiatives handled are: transforming the systems and processes to enable growth and scalability along with flexibility. In addition he has taken up the Consolidation and Virtualization of all company assets to provide a consistent and scalable software services delivery, business intelligence and security systems. Laxman was also a Executive committee member for 2 years with NASSCOM, the industry body. He is currently on the IT task force of multiple state governments in India as well as the local CII - IT panel

Manish Dugar is the Chief Financial Officer for Wipro Technologies. He is responsible for overseeing the overall finance function of WT, driving business growth and profitability and developing corporate strategies. He is an active participant of the CFO Forum. Manish joined Wipro over 6 years back as the CFO for the BFSI division. From there, he moved on to become the CFO of the BPO business with additional responsibilities as the head of Infrastructure, Administration, Technology and Procurement. Under Manish’s guidance, both BFSI segment and BPO business recorded significant expansion in profitability. In 2007, Manish was elevated to the position of CFO for Wipro Technologies. Prior to joining Wipro, Manish was with Reckitt Benckiser as their National Commercial Manager – Sales & Marketing for a period of two and a half years. Before this, he was with Coke for a similar amount of time. Manish started his career with Larsen and Toubro in the Eastern Regional Office where he worked for three years before joining Coke. Manish holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI) and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). In addition to the finance role, Manish has been involved in various cross-function assignments in the areas of HRD, general management, leadership development and employee satisfaction. He has served on various committees of NASSCOM, ASSOCHAM and IMA. Manish Dugar is married with two children. His hobbies include jogging, which he describes as a ‘must for him everyday’ and table-tennis. Manish is believer in HARD AND SMART working at the same time a strong proponent of the idea of ‘living a balanced life’, devoting adequate quality time to both - his career and his family

Manoj Punja is the Chief Sales and Operations Officer of Wipro’s IT business in the Americas. Over 60% of Wipro’s IT business is generated from the Americas. In this role, he manages Wipro’s IT business across all business units in the US, Canada and LatAm. His responsibilities include sales, client satisfaction and operations including local development centers in the Americas. Prior to this role, Manoj served as the Global Head of the business unit for Technology, Media, Transportation, and the Services industries. In this role he was responsible for business development, competency development, client satisfaction and service delivery. Under his leadership, the business unit saw phenomenal growth with revenues that increased 10-fold in six years and a heightened global presence in the years 2002-2008. Manoj joined Wipro in 1991. He has since led various groups in Wipro including the software products division, strategic resourcing, and sales for Asia-Pacific region. His experience spans sales, marketing, HR and operations functions. Through his career Manoj has sought challenging and non traditional assignments He has led multiple new initiatives including those in strategic account management, talent sourcing automation and sales force transformation. Under his leadership his teams have developed pioneering new tools around Business Process Management, Governance, Integrated Publishing Platforms to name a few. Manoj holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management and a Bachelors Degree Engineering in Electronics from Bangalore University. Manoj is a part of the senior management team at Wipro and is based in New Jersey.

Patrick Kalaher brings over 13 years of experience as a Chief Application Architect in enterprise-wide eBusiness and client / server architecture, implementation and strategic consulting, in a number of business domains, across North America and Europe. Patrick has led various teams in consulting assignments on middleware architecture assessment, enterprise level IT process and change management programs, cross-architecture product strategy in microprocessors, client data strategy and architecture. Patrick is the author of various articles in industry publications such as Java Report and is a regular public speaker, participating in conferences such as Java Expo (London and New York) and OOP Europe. He is also the co-author of "Web site registration proxy system" US Patent 6,496,855, created for Obongo.com.

Mr.Rajat Mathur is the Chief Executive, Asia Pacific Operations of Wipro Limited. Mr. Mathur has been an integral part of Wipro for the last 22 years. He brings in over 22 years of experience in technology to Wipro through his assignments in enterprise product management, industry solutions and international sales. He has successfully spearheaded multiple portfolios within the organisation and enabled bi-directional diversification of the organisation in terms of industry verticals. He also took up the challenge to expand Wipro's service offerings in the Middle East and APAC market. It is in his expert guidance that the organisation has viewed spectacular 85% growth in 2006-'07 over the previous year in APAC and Middle East region. His achievements include Best Sales Manager award from Sun Microsystems, Partner of the year award from CISCO, Best SI Partner from Oracle and Pinnacle Awards from SAP. His key strengths are his leadership skills and the ability to convert start up businesses into mainstream business lines in very short cycle times. At Wipro, he has been championing Six Sigma Programmes and has also been responsible for leading the initiative to obtain CMMI Level 5 Certification for the Business Solutions Division of Wipro Infotech (a Business Unit of Wipro Limited). Born on 9th February 1961 he studied engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, MESRA and graduated from Podar Institute of Management - Jaipur in 1985. He has also represented Wipro in many occasions for delegations of NASSCOM, FICCI, CII and chaired Software Track in the Telecom Summit 2004. Currently, he also sits on the Nasscom sub-committee for development of IT Services for the SMB Sector. He also leads the Innovation initiatives for Software services for Wipro Limited.

Rich Goggin brings over 25 years of application building and technology experience to Wipro. His project roles have spanned both the business and technical spectrums. On the business side he has acted in both client partner and project manager roles. His technical roles include developer / designer for mainframe and client server applications, application architect for batch and online applications running on mainframe and Windows platforms, data architect for OLTP and data warehouse data stores, infrastructure architect for web based multi tiered solutions and performance engineer for a variety of mainframe, client server and web based solutions. Rich has worked and led consulting assignments on various technologies such as including web based collaborative research and publishing applications, performance engineering methodology for a client's internet activities and healthcare data warehouse management. Rich's competencies span across the entire software technology spectrum including programming languages, databases, web servers, application servers, development tools and transaction manager.

Sambuddha Deb is the Chief Global Delivery Officer of Wipro. He is responsible for leading Wipro's Delivery, Productivity, Six Sigma and Knowledge Management initiatives. He has been instrumental in leading Wipro through the PCMM Level 5 certification and the CMMi Level 5 certification. Deb has successfully led the integration of Six Sigma into software development processes at Wipro and also broad-basing Six Sigma application to different functional processes across Wipro Technologies. He has launched Lean in Software for Wipro over the last three years. During his tenure, Wipro became the first non-US company to receive IEEE award for software process improvements. Wipro has also been the ASIAN MAKE finalist for Best Knowledge Management for the last 4 years. He has been the Keynote speaker in International forums like IQPC, Gartner, Fabtech, World Data Mining Conference 2007 and International Association Product Developers symposium 2006. He was invited as a speaker for JPMC's Lab Morgan Speaker series. He has been a guest speaker at Marshall School of Management, USC, Stern Business School, NYU, Harvard Business School and Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has held various positions in Wipro, notably - Chief Executive - Corporate Vertical, chief Executive - Manufacturing Vertical, Chief Quality Officer for Wipro Corporation. He has an Engineering Degree from IIT, Kharagpur and a Post Graduation in Management from IIM Ahmedabad. He has been in the Industry for the last 26 years. He has experience in software delivery, service, system Integration and sales.

Sangita Singh is the Sr. Vice President and Head of Enterprise Application Services (EAS) service line at Wipro. This business unit focuses on providing business and IT solutions in the ERP, CRM and SCM space to organizations across Americas, Europe and APAC. Sangita has driven the EAS business unit to grow over multifold for the last four years and has led Wipro-EAS brand to be recognized amongst the global elite leaders in enterprise application space. At EAS business unit, Sangita provides strategic guidance to the various product practices and plays a pivotal role in furthering the business unit’s goal, of being the leading services provider in enterprise application space, through innovative service delivery models and business practices. Prior to taking over as the Head of EAS business unit, Sangita was the Vice-President and Chief Marketing Officer at Wipro. In her role as the Chief marketing Officer, she contributed significantly in building the global Wipro brand by implementing innovative ideas and initiatives. She redefined the role of Marketing in the Indian IT services industry by implementing “RoI driven marketing” initiatives. Under her leadership, Wipro won two technology marketing best practices awards - the IDC CMO global best practices award and ITSMA (IT Services Marketing association) Services Marketing Excellence award. Sangita is a recipient of “Best Asian Woman Executive” award by Stevie Awards and winner of “EXCELLENCE IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY” award by FLO, the women’s wing of FICCI. Also, she has been awarded the “Best Product Manager for Asia Pacific” by Adobe and has won the “Best Sales Person” of the year twice in a row, “Best Product Manager” award for five consecutive years and the Wipro President’s Award twice. Sangita holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree.

Suresh Senapaty heads Legal, Business Planning, Treasury and Controllership for Wipro. Suresh Senapaty's association with Wipro goes back to Wipro Consumer Care where he was the CFO. He later moved as Vice President-Finance of Wipro Infotech. He moved to his present role as CFO for the entire Wipro Corporation in 1995. Suresh Senapaty has accomplished a number of significant milestones for Wipro Corporation. His first assignment was the merger of various companies such as Wipro Infotech and Wipro Systems with Wipro Ltd. He played a key role in the New York Stock Exchange Listing of Wipro in 2000. This is the second time in the history of Wipro that it accessed the capital market, the first time being as early as 1946. He has been a committee member of the Confederation of the Indian Industry (CII) at the Regional Level and has made successful representations to the Government of India on a variety of Industry related issues.

Theo Forbath is a Chief Strategist with Wipro Technologies and leads the company's global Product Strategy and Architecture (PSA) Practice. Theo launched the PSA practice in 2003, and has grown its revenue by over 100% per year since that time. Theo is an expert in linking technology, product and market investments with business strategies and objectives. For the last 15 years, Theo has assisted leading technology vendors, service providers and global enterprises in developing successful product strategies, designing complex infrastructures, and implementing successful go-to-market strategies and solutions. During the last ten years, Theo has also served on the technical and business advisory boards for a number of high tech companies and service providers, as well as serving on the Technology and Communications Advisory Board for the World Economic Forum. Currently, Theo leads project teams focused on assisting clients in developing successful strategies to transform their product and service offerings, key business systems and applications into competitive global solutions. Theo is also responsible for tracking and writing about the evolution of communications technology and the impact of the Internet and globalization on computing strategies. Theo writes and speaks regularly on aligning business strategies with technology investments; he is the author of numerous technical papers, articles, and in-depth analyses and is recognized for his ability to explain and present complex technical concepts to both non-technical and technical audiences. He holds a BA with honors in Philosophy and Sociology from Brandeis University. He also has a Professional Certificate in Data Communications from Northeastern University.

Pratik Kumar has served as our Executive Vice-President, Human Resources, since April 2002, and has served with us in other positions since November 1991. Mr. Pratik Kumar holds a B. A. from Delhi University and an M.B.A. from Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur, India.

Anand Padmanabhan is Senior Vice President & Strategic Business Unit Head for Energy & Utilities for Wipro. The Energy and Utility division of Wipro Technologies is one among the Top 10 IT solution providers to the E & U industry across the globe and the largest India based player in the E&U market. Anand joined Wipro in 1987 as a field engineer and since then has contributed to the growth of the various divisions at Wipro. He has handled a variety of roles in sales and operations, chief among them being customer support, ERP solutions sales and system integration services. AP Took over the responsibility of System Integration Division in the year 2004 April and has launched new practices in the SI division. In addition AP also took over the responsibility of the Enterprise Services business in the year 2005. Anand has worked to establishing and strengthening relationships with various technology vendors and has managed multiple awards for Wipro, from principals like Sun, Cisco, and Nortel - for our consistent performance in the Enterprise Products space. He has played a key role in forging a strategic alliance with Cisco in India in 1995. Anand holds an engineering degree and is a management graduate from Bombay University. He is a sporting enthusiast - with Chess and Badminton on the list of his favourites..

Anand Sankaran is the Chief Executive of Wipro Infotech - Wipro’s India & Middle East business and carries the P&L responsibility for Wipro Infotech. Prior to this role, Anand was the Vice President, Global IT Outsourcing for Wipro Infotech and Wipro Technologies and also the Global Sales & Marketing Head for Technology Infrastructure Services. In this role he carried the P&L accountability for IT Outsourcing in Wipro Infotech and Wipro Technologies & the sales responsibility for technology infrastructure services. Anand was responsible for starting the Total Outsourcing business for Wipro Infotech as well as for Wipro Technologies. Anand has been with Wipro for the last 19 years and has held several key positions in the organization. Some of them include General Manager - Managed IT Services, Wipro Infotech, Head - Sales - Professional Services, Wipro Infotech, Head - Sales, Alliances and Market Making - 01Markets and National Sales Manager - Wipro Acer.

Bhanu Murthy heads the Retail, Consumer Goods, Transportation and Services SBU at Wipro Technologies. He is responsible for providing vision, business direction and strategy to the business unit. A founding member of this SBU, he leads a team of over 5,500 business and technology consultants and functional architects focused on the Retail, CPG, Transportation & Services domain. Over the last 16 years at Wipro, Bhanu has displayed excellence through various leadership roles at Wipro Technologies. Being a strong advocate of customer centricity, Bhanu has encouraged his team to develop customer focused frameworks, methodologies and solutions. Ramit Sethi is a Chartered accountant with over 19 years experience in domestic and international banking experience with diverse competencies in Corporate Banking, Credit Management, Finance, Corporate Finance (M&A), Restructuring Advisory and Knowledge Process Outsourcing. Prior to this, Ramit was with Progeon where he was instrumental in setting up and growing the "Knowledge Services" business unit. He has also worked at KPMG as Partner and Standard Chartered in earlier parts of his career.

Ranjan Acharya has served as Senior Vice-President-Human Resources Development since April 2002, and has served with us in other positions since July 1994. Mr. Ranjan Acharya holds a B.S. from Pune University, India and an M.B.A. from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, India.

Soumitro Ghosh is Global Head, Financial Services Division for Wipro Technologies. He is responsible for the financial Services Division of Wipro Technologies. His mission is to continuously build an organization that provides deep industry understanding, broad range of technology services and flexible delivery models to the global financial services industry so that they get more out of their IT Investments and with greater speed. Ghosh has 15 of years experience in the IT industry. He joined Wipro in 1988 as Regional Sales Manager for the CAD/CAM division in Calcutta and was responsible for the sales of Sun workstations and mini computers for the eastern region. Subsequently, operated in various regional offices in Southern and Western regions till 1995 heading Area and Regional offices and was responsible for sales of Sun product line. Finally moved to Wipro's Head Quarters in Bangalore in 1995 as Head of the Sun division and was responsible for sales and marketing of Sun products countrywide. In this capacity helped Sun becoming leading workstation and mini computer product in India. Moved into Software Exports in 1996 and headed Sales and Marketing functions in the newly formed Electronic Commerce division of Wipro Infotech and successfully launched our services in the worldwide market. He enabled Wipro to enter into a new segment and several new accounts. Moved in as Vice President - Marketing, Wipro Technologies in mid May'98 and was responsible for mainline marketing functions of software services business of Wipro with the prime responsibility of building awareness in the global market and positioning Wipro as a worldwide software services player. Was intimately involved in Wipro’s overseas listing on NYSE in Oct 2000 From April 2001, took over as Vice-President - Insurance Solutions. He created the Insurance Division and has grown it to a 250 M $ business. The division addresses the software services needs of the Life, P&C, Broking and Re-insurance markets in globally In 2005, he also took additional responsibility of the Banking business and has grown it to nearly 200 M$ business. Since then he has been providing leadership to both- the Banking and Insurance businesses. Ghosh has spoken at a number of industry conferences, including “Impact of IT on Insurance Operations” at South Asian Insurance Conference, Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (May 2001) “Strategic Outsourcing Imperatives” at Offshore Outsourcing for Financial Services, Marcus Evans Conference, June 2002, Zurich. Ghosh holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from BITS, Pilani in 1981 and subsequently completed MBA from the same institute in 1983.

David Tapper, Program Vice President, IDC complimented Wipro's bold step in building a more strategic outsourcing business model with this acquisition. The addition of Infocrossing's delivery capabilities and domain expertise will expand Wipro's ability to provision a more integrated stack of service capabilities from network and infrastructure up and through applications and business processes. "This acquisition will provide Wipro with a much stronger physical presence in the United States which is required to win strategic outsourcing deals in the IS outsourcing market"

G K Prasanna is Sr. Vice President, Technology Infrastructure Services business at Wipro Technologies (NYSE: WIT) with worldwide responsibility for Practice development, Marketing, Sales and Service delivery. Wipro’s TIS business delivers consulting, system integration, data center management, IT security, Remote Management and Telecom Infrastructure services to global customers. Prasanna joined Wipro in 1983 as management trainee in Customer Services division from campus and has held various responsibilities in custom application development, customer support, sales and marketing in Wipro. Prasanna joined the TIS business in December 1999. He has conducted workshops on IT outsourcing for several customers and in Industry forums. He has certifications in various quality systems such as European Foundation for Quality Management, Six Sigma and ITIL. A native of Bangalore, he holds a B.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication engineering from the Jawaharlal technological university in Hyderabad, India and Post graduation in Industrial Engineering from NITIE, Bombay.

Gangadharaiah C.P. (Ganga) is Sr. Vice President and Global Head of Testing Services of Wipro Technologies. Wipro Technologies is a division of Wipro Limited and with sales of over US$3.1 Billions and focus in providing software services and products to clients all over the world, specializing in areas like Telecom, Finance, Manufacturing, Healthcare, retail, utilities and E-commerce segments. Ganga joined Wipro Systems in 1995 to head telecom business of Nortel customer. He built the wire line business of Nortel to more than 500 people. He was awarded Group President Award for building the Nortel business. He then moved to handle other telecom business comprising of more than 35 customers with different technologies and geographies. He then moved to Testing Services business Unit (known as Interop Solutions) During December 1999. It was a small business unit of comprising of about 150 people and five customers, mainly in the telecom space. Over the period of time, he built the business unit to more than 6000 people in a span of 7 years addressing multiple customer segments and geographies. In a career at Wipro that almost spans more than 12 years, Ganga has the unique distinction of moving across the technology and enterprise spaces of the organisation with ease, gathering a deep insight into both segments. Ganga moved to the role of Sr Vice President and Global Head of Testing Services in Oct 2005. Under his leadership, the Testing group is recognized as the largest third party offshore testing service provider in the world (2005, AMR Report). Ganga focussed on building a strong team with testing centric foundation competency along with domain competencies to address specific needs of different industry verticals. Also, built a strong differentiated specialized service lines namely in the area of Packaged Application Testing, Performance Testing, Test Consultancy. Developed domain centric test solutions, frameworks, built relationships with number of leading test tool vendors. Ganga did his MS Degree in Computer Science from University of Alberta, Canada, preceded by Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He has Bachelors degree from the University College of Engineering, Bangalore, in Electrical Engineering and is a First Rank holder for the University.

K.R.Sanjiv is the Global Head & Vice President for Business Technology Services (BTS) group focusing on Financial Service, Technology, Media and Communication Industries at Wipro Technologies a $4.3 billion global IT services provider. BTS delivers superior business outcomes for customers through industry and technology expertise empowering enterprises with business process innovation, enterprise agility, collaboration across the ecosystem and utilization of information as a strategic asset. The group provides consulting, business process and technology solutions and accelerators in solution design, development, integration and delivery in areas of Enterprise Architecture, Service Oriented Architecture, Business Process Management, Portals and Content Management, Business Intelligence and Information Management, Enterprise Business Integration, Enterprise Security and Enterprise Mobility. N S Bala is currently the Senior Vice President for the Manufacturing & Healthcare SBU within Wipro Technologies and is responsible for the Business Division that provides consulting and IT services to all of Wipro’s Manufacturing and Healthcare clients around the world. The division is $600mn+ in revenues, with more than 5000 people and has several Fortune 100 clients in its customer base. During the past three years, Bala has restructured the business unit to deepen its focus on specific industry segments, thereby driving significant growth. Bala has held several positions in the past 19 years that he has been with Wipro Technologies. During these years, he has been through the transformation experienced in the Indian IT industry and has been part of the rapid growth of Wipro Technologies and its rise to becoming one of the prominent players among the global service providers. In his prior role, Bala headed the US Midwest operations of Wipro Technologies. In this capacity, he was responsible for building and managing all of Wipro’s business in the Upper Midwest, Central and South Central regions of the US. Most recently, Bala pioneered the use of Toyota Production System principles in software development that was developed into a case study by the Harvard Business School and is being taught at the institute to MBAs. He was invited by Harvard to speak on the case study. The delivery model has also been featured in the book, Bangalore Tiger by Steve Hamm. Bala has also spoken at many Supply Chain and outsourcing conferences during his years in the industry. He holds a MBA degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata, one of the premier management institutes in India.

P Subrahmanyam (Subbu) is the Senior Vice President of Telecom Equipment Vertical of Wipro Technologies. He is handling a dynamic telecom team and is responsible for the delivery operations, customer satisfaction and P&L of the Telecom Equipment Vertical. Telecom Equipment vertical focuses on providing software services, hardware services and solutions to telecom equipment customers globally and works with all the tier 1 equipment vendors. Subbu joined Wipro in 1983 from Central University campus, focusing on Operating Systems for x86 based mini computers. He worked extensively on various Operating Systems and played a key role in developing computing platforms for Indian domestic market. He was one of the pioneers in starting up the first Offshore development center for Tandem in 1994 and was heading it for more than six years. In 2000, he took the leadership role for building engineering business in Broadband Networks technology for Wipro. In this role he expanded the business significantly and created many Intellectual Property components to develop competencies and give time-to-market advantage to various customers. Under his leadership group has grown to over 2500 people with customer relations in US, Europe, Japan and established long term partnership with leading players of industry. In the current role he handles 6000+ strong Telecom equipment business of Wipro Technologies which provides engineering, IT & BPO services to the leading Telecom Equipment vendors and Semiconductor vendors.

Pradeep Bahirwani is Vice President in the Talent Acquisition Function in Wipro Technologies. He brings with him a rich 18 years of business experience, of which fifteen years have been spent over two innings at Wipro. He has a wide-ranging experience in field engineering, sales & marketing, product management, procurement solutions and recruitment. As Product Manager in Wipro, he has successfully launched and grew the Wipro server line of business. Prior to this recent innings with Wipro, he had worked with Ramco Systems and also handled an international assignment in Muscat. Pradeep holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from National Institute of Technology Nagpur. He also has a CPM (Certified in Purchasing Management) certification awarded by the US based National Association of Purchasing Management, and a CPIM certification (certified in Production and Inventory Management) awarded by APICS, the US based educational society for resource management.

Srini is the Global Head & Vice President for Business Technology Services business unit focusing on Enterprise customers at Wipro Technologies. He carries P&L responsibility, strategy and operations of this unit globally. He has been with Wipro for over 17 years in various business development and leadership roles. Business Technology Services with 5000+ people helps customers realize high business value through adoption of leading business and technology solutions in process areas across customer to customer, enterprise, partners and suppliers. Technology domains span Enterprise Architecture, Portals and Content Management, Business Intelligence, Information Management and Enterprise Business Integration. Prior to this role, Srini was the Vice President-Sales & Field Operations for America’s geography focusing on enterprise industry verticals driving a $600Mil business plan. He has contributed significantly to Wipro’s business and achieved consistent and accelerated growth in key geographies and business lines. Srini was rated among the top 25 Young Business Executives in India by Business Today in 2008, a leading business magazine in India. At Wipro he has won the All Star team Award, Award of excellence for exemplary performance & Most Valuable Player for his contributions to Wipro’s growth. Srini has a Master’s degree in Management from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and a Bachelors degree in Engineering.

Venkatesh joined Wipro Infotech R&D in 1984 focusing on development of Computer Systems and related subsystems. Initial development was in the area of Computer Graphics. He was part of the core team which was responsible for technology assimilation, manufacturing and development of add-on systems for Sun Micro Systems range of Workstations and Servers which were offered to the Indian market by Wipro. During this time, significant customization and enhancements were carried out for these products to suit Indian market requirements as well as price points. As Wipro’s R&D team made foray into international market for providing R&D services, Venkatesh was involved in many assignments for development of system software to various technology product companies. In 1993 , he was heading an Offshore Development Center (ODC) at Wipro for a computer server company developing and maintaining system software for a range of server products and soon the role involved engineering operations for multiple customers of Wipro in platforms and systems software area. He was based in Cupertino-USA, for two years leading Wipro’s Lab for providing product realization services to Technology customers in the area of Data communications and System software. This included a bunch of start-up customers in the emerging high speed networking technology areas. Venkatesh was heading a Business Unit focusing on Embedded Systems development for various industry verticals in 1999 which was part of Wipro’s Global R&D division and since then has held multiple positions involving solution delivery and business development within Product Engineering Solutions division of Wipro. In a career at Wipro that spans more than two decades, Venkatesh has seen Wipro transforming itself into a Global Provider of Services and Products. He had the unique opportunity to work with customers engaged in multiple technology areas during this period. Product Engineering Services headed by Venkatesh is organized with special focus on solutions for vertical like Automotive Electronics, Consumer Electronics, Mobile Devices, Industrial Automation, Avionics, Medical Devices, Peripheral Equipment and Embedded Plaforms. The design services team has more than 6500 developers engaged in silicon & system design as well as embedded software development. In Oct 2000, Dr. Rao took over the leadership of Telecom and Internetworking Solutions Division and steered the business through multifold growth to its present preeminent position. The engagements in the Telecom Solutions business today spans across all segments of Telecom R&D and Network Providers services. In June 2005, Dr. Rao took over the position of Chief Operating Officer, with the responsibility of CIO & CTO organization, Telecom Service Provider business and the Japan geography along with the Product Engineering business. Prior to Wipro, he worked in Electronic Corporation of India Ltd. from 1973 - 1980 and was associated with the development of Operating Systems and Compilers for ECIL computers. Dr. Rao has been actively associated with a number of academic institutions. He has made vital contributions to the design and upgradation of the curriculum for MCA and MSc. (Computer Science) courses in Mangalore and Mysore Universities. He was also associated with a number of R&D strategy & Technology initiatives of Department of Electronics, Govt. of India. Dr. Rao has delivered the keynote speech at the 2nd World Congress on Software Quality in Japan in 2000. He was also a guest speaker at the Project Management Conferences held in Japan & USA. He has also been elected a Fellow of the Indian National Academy of Engineering for distinguished contribution to Computer Science & Engineering. Dr. Rao did his MSc. and PhD from Andhra University.

Kirk Strawser is Head, Wipro Consulting Services (WCS). Kirk Strawser is a Practice builder with over 20 years of experience. He has a strong Business Consulting background coupled with a successful track record of having worked across clients across the globe, including having lived abroad. Kirk started his career with Morrison Knudsen, an engineering and construction company in the finance and business management area. During his stint with them he worked in Saudi Arabia for two years. He subsequently joined Arthur Young in San Franscisco and from 1983 to 1991, worked on a number of business consulting projects for major companies, mid markets and start up clients and in 1991 became a Partner. In 1994 he became the regional leader for Retail and Consumer Products industry. In 1997 Kirk was promoted as Americas Leader for CRM for Ernst & Young where he had a very successful stint. Post acquisition by Capgemini, Kirk moved into a Global Leadership role and rolled out CRM offerings across the globe. He made significant strides in creating a single global integrated practice operating in more than 25 countries, and was Capgemini’s second largest service line. In 2003, Kirk was appointed as the President of the Consulting Services Practice, Americas. After two years in this role Kirk chose to pursue an entrepreneurial venture in commercial real estate development till recent, before he decided to join Wipro.

Peter Brooks is a Senior Business Architect specializing in developing innovative business strategies, plans, and technology solutions for clients. Peter has over 20 years of experience in assisting management to create and exploit their information assets. He is a well-known author in the information management field, having written numerous articles and presented at industry conferences. Peter was a contributing editor of DBMS magazine (1996 1998) and a co-author of "Data Warehousing: Practical Advice from the Experts" (Prentiss-Hall, 1997). He has presented "Internet Access to the Data Warehouse" at several DCI Data Warehouse / Internet World conferences and has presented "Data Visualization" at the Data Mining Summit. Peter has been quoted in magazines and books such as WebWeek, Beyond Computing, and The OLAP Report. Peter received BS degree in Industrial Engineering with a concentration in Information Processing and received MBA from Babson College.

Ramanan Rajagopalan (Ram) is a Business Consultant with the Product Strategy and Architecture group of Wipro Technologies. Ram has five years of experience in the industry that is blended with design and market research and consulting. Ram has worked for a leading market research firm and various leading semiconductor and automotive clients in Europe and North America in their competitive strategies, marketing and business intelligence requirements. He has written market research reports in automotive and telecommunication semiconductor markets.

Randal Kenworthy brings over 14 years of experience to his job as a Senior Business Architect at Wipro. Randal leverages his knowledge of strategy, finance, supply chain management, process reengineering, and technology to assist companies improve profitability. In his three years at Wipro, Randal has worked as the project manager on projects developing business strategies, deploying security solutions, developing trading platforms and integrating supply chains. His experience includes strategic consulting for major global institutions in the United States, Asia, and Australia for clients in the energy, manufacturing, high-tech, and financial services industries. Randal is the co-author of the whitepaper "Winning in the Third Wave of e-Business", listed by Bitpipe as one of the 15 most popular IT reports. Tina Ni Rian is a Senior Business Consultant with over five years of experience in business strategy and planning and technology solutions delivery. During her time at Wipro, she has delivered solutions ranging from long-term business strategy for a pharmaceuticals company to authoring a white paper on the use of modeling and management tools in manufacturing. Her clients have included both large corporate clients and start-up companies. She has experience in many phases of project lifecycles and is familiar with a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, financial services, high tech, and manufacturing. As a consultant for Wipro, Tina has delivered and managed a number of different projects, including projects on ROI and TCO analysis and modeling, future mapping, business requirements and application testing. Tina is fluent in Japanese and knowledgeable in Cantonese and Toisonese (Southern Chinese languages). She has competencies in Microsoft Office 1995-2000, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, SPSS, Rational ClearCase, Rational ClearQuest and Quest Software T.O.A.D. Tina has a Bachelor of Arts form Wellesley College where she studied Japanese and Political Science.

Tyler McDaniel is a Senior Business Architect in the Product Strategy and Architecture Practice of Wipro Technologies. He brings expertise in the infrastructure and applications software markets with particular emphasis on enterprise content management and collaboration, business process management, identity computing and operating environments. Tyler has worked in a variety of roles within the software industry including Director of Competitive Intelligence and Research for Novell, Inc., Director of Market Research for FileNet Corporation and Managing Director for Hurwitz Group, an IT Analyst firm. While at Novell, Inc. and FileNet Corporation, Tyler was directly responsible for mapping market and customer trends and requirements into the product development and go to market strategies for the company. Tyler has also worked directly with Independent software vendors to develop competitive strategies, product go-to-market strategies, and market analysis strategies. During his time as an IT Industry Analyst, Tyler was a frequent speaker and author on Business Process Management and Enterprise Application Integration. Tyler holds a BA with Honors from Case Western Reserve University and an MA with Honors from Boston College.

Dr Ashok Ganguly has served as a Director on our Board since 1999. He is currently the Chairman of Firstsource Solutions Limited and ABP Private Limited (Ananda Bazar Patrika Group) and has been a Director on the Central Board of Reserve Bank of India, since November 2000. Dr Ganguly also currently serves as a non-executive director of Mahindra & Mahindra, ICICI Knowledge Park and Tata AIG Life Insurance Co Limited and a Director on the Advisory Board of Microsoft Corporation (India) Private Limited and Hemogenomics Private Limited. He is a member of the Prime Minister’s Council on Trade and Industry as well as the Investment Commission and the India-USA CEO Council, set up by the Prime Minister of India and the President of the U.S.. He is also a member of the National Knowledge Commission to the Prime Minister of India. He is a former member of the Board of British Airways Plc (1996-2005) and Unilever Plc/NV (1990-1997).

B.C. Prabhakar has served as a Director on our Board since February 1997. He is a practicing lawyer since April 1970. Mr. B C Prabhakar serves as a non-executive Director of Automotive Axles Limited and 3M India Limited Mr. Prabhakar holds a B.A. in Political Science and Sociology and an LL.B. from Mysore University, India

Girish S Paranjpe is the new Jt. Chief Executive Officer of Wipro’s IT Business alongside Suresh Vaswani and is an Executive Director in the Board of Wipro Limited. He jointly carries the overall responsibility for the strategy and operations of Wipro’s IT Business. He takes over this new role effective April 2008 and will report into the Chairman of the Company Mr. Azim Premji. Girish’s direct responsibilities include the following Business Units - Finance Solutions, Communication, Media and Technology vertical and e-enabling service line. Girish is also directly responsible for driving Consulting and the functions under him are Global Delivery, CTO and CIO office & Operations. Girish joined Wipro in 1990 and has held a broad range of leadership positions in critical portfolios across the Wipro Corporation during his tenure in Wipro for the last 17+ years. In his last role from year 2000-March 2008, he was the President of Wipro Technologies Financial Solutions division and a member of Wipro’s Corporate Executive Council. Financial Solutions division provides IT and business process services and solutions to global customers in Banking, Insurance, and Securities and in diversified Financial Services. Under Girish’s leadership, Finance Solutions has grown at 45% per annum on a compounded basis over the past five years, established valuable customer relationships and significantly deepened domain expertise within Finance Solutions. During Girish’s tenure, the share of Wipro’s revenue from Financial Services clients more than doubled going up from 12% to 25%. Girish also had additional responsibility and was overseeing marketing for the technology business and was heading strategic council. He became the head for the consulting practice from the year 2007 and this still continues to be part of his direct responsibility. Girish has represented Wipro and the IT Industry in various public forums including the Prime Minister’s Task Force on Information Technology and at the Nasscom.

Dr. Nachiket Mor, Director is Deputy Managing Director, ICICI Bank Limited. Dr. Mor has worked in the ICICI Bank Group since 1987 in a variety of jobs, including, Corporate Planning, Project Finance and Treasury. In addition, he is also a member of, the Board of the Institute for Financial Management and Research (IFMR), the Governing Board of the Indian Pension Research Foundation (IPRF) and the India Advisory Group of the David and Lucile Packard Foundation. Nachiket Mor has a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania with a specialization in Finance. He also has a MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA) and an undergraduate degree in Physics from the Mumbai University.

Priya Mohan Sinha became a Director of our company on January 1, 2002. He has served as the Chairman of PepsiCo India Holdings Limited and President of Pepsi Foods Limited since July 1992. From October 1981 to November 1992, he was on the Executive Board of Directors of Hindustan Lever Limited. From 1981 to 1985 he also served as Sales Director of Hindustan Lever. Currently, he is also on the Boards of ICICI Bank Limited, Bata India Limited, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Lafarge India Pvt. Limited and Azim Premji Foundation. Mr. Sinha holds a Bachelor of Arts from Patna University and he has also attended Advanced Management Program in the Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, U.S.A. Mr Sinha is also the Chairman of the Nomination, Governance and Compensation Committee of Bata India Limited.
