Spencer has served as the CEO and president of Wizzard Software since its founding in 1996. He is responsible for the overall direction of the company and was selected as one of the top 20 most influential individuals in the speech recognition industry by Speech Technology Magazine. His business experience is widely varied, including the founding and CEO roles with ChinaWire, Inc. and Lotto USA, Inc. He also was involved in the founding, acquisition of financing, operation and ultimate sale of John Valiant, Inc. Spencer sits on the Board of Directors of Cennoid Technologies, a software company that develops encryption and compression software for the Internet. He attended West Virginia University.

Mr. Geronian has extensive software development knowledge and experience. In 1995, he created custom software for an industrial furnace control company. In 1994, Mr. Geronian was the lead developer of a money transfer service software system for ChinaWire, Inc.; he also created custom software packages for warehouse inventory, a project which included over fifteen large databases for reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and complete auditing control functions.

John Busshaus has served as our Controller since April 2006, until his election as our Chief Financial Officer on January 29, 2007. Mr. Busshaus has been responsible for our overall accounting and financial reporting functions since joining the company in April 2006. From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Busshaus was an independent business consultant. Mr. Busshaus' efforts were assisting organizations with the implementation of Sarbanes Oxley, filing of SEC reports, and taking a company through an IPO. Mr. Busshaus worked for Talanga International from 2001 to 2004, where he was the Chief Financial Officer for the company. From 1999 to 2000, Mr. Busshaus worked for Mellon Bank as Controller and Vice President, and was responsible for strategic planning and managing the annual and monthly budgeting within Global Security Services. From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Busshaus worked for PepsiCo as Senior Business Planner, and was responsible for annual and quarter budgets planning, as well as weekly, monthly and quarter reporting of results. As a member of management, Mr. Busshaus' efforts contributed to the revenue growth and market share increases in a market that was categorized as saturated.

Berry joined Wizzard in 1997, where he has served as a director since that time. He is involved in the corporate and financial decision making serving as a guide and counsel for the executive officers and Board of Directors. Gordon has been an executive officer with such companies as Champion Commercial Industry, Trundle Consultants and Electric Products Company. He attended Cornell University and received his Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech.
