William D. Perez President and Chief Executive Officer and Director Mr. Perez was elected President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Company s Board of Directors in 2006. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Perez spent 34 years with S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc., including eight years as President and Chief Executive Officer of the multi-billion dollar privately held global consumer products company. In 2004, Mr. Perez joined Nike, Inc., where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer until 2006.

Donagh Herlihy, Vice President—People, Learning & Development and Chief Information Officer, came to Wrigley five years ago from Gillette, and has led efforts to develop and strengthen the Wrigley Company's information technology infrastructure and team. He has 20 years of experience in the automotive and consumer packaged goods industries and has held positions in industrial engineering, supply chain management and IT in Europe and the United States.

Martin Schlatter serves as Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company. The CMO role was first created at Wrigley when he was elected to this position in 2006. Schlatter joined Wrigley in 2002, and has held a number of senior sales, marketing, and new business positions with the Company. Most recently, he served as General Manager for Wrigley's commercial business in the United States (2004-06). Before joining Wrigley, Schlatter gained more than 15 years of experience in consumer goods. He was marketing and sales director for chocolate confectioner Lindt & Sprungli in Switzerland and marketing director for the cosmetics and skin businesses of Procter & Gamble in Europe. Schlatter earned an undergraduate degree and the equivalent of a master's degree in marketing from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland - his native country.

Mitchell joined the Wrigley Company in 2002 as Vice President - Procurement, becoming Vice President - Global Procurement in 2004. He arrived at Wrigley following a long career at Kellogg and Keebler across a wide range of finance, manufacturing and purchasing roles.

Reuben Gamoran serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company. He is responsible for the worldwide finance organization, including the Controller, Treasury, Internal Audit, and Risk Management functions. Gamoran has been Chief Financial Officer since 2004 and was elected to his current position in 2006. Gamoran joined Wrigley in 1985 and has held a number of finance leadership positions, ranging from corporate accounting and treasury to manufacturing and international operations. He also served as Vice President - Finance for Wrigley's wholly-owned subsidiary responsible for the worldwide production of gum base, L.A. Dreyfus. Gamoran earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Geography from Northwestern University and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He also is a Certified Public Accountant.

Howard Malovany serves as Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company. Malovany has been Secretary and General Counsel of Wrigley since 1998. He was made a Vice President in 2001, and was elected to his current position in 2007. Malovany joined Wrigley in 1996 after spending 11 years with Outboard Marine Corporation, a manufacturer and distributor of recreational marine products. Prior to that, he spent eight years (1977-85) with NCR Corporation, a manufacturer of data processing equipment and supplies. Malovany earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from The Ohio State University, a law degree from the University of Toledo, and an MBA from the University of Dayton.

Igor Saveliev serves as Group Vice President and Managing Director - East/South Europe of the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company. He is responsible for Wrigley's international operations in several regions, including Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and South America. He was elected to this position in 2007. Saveliev joined Wrigley in 1995 as Executive Director - Russia. While retaining oversight of this key, fast-growing marketplace throughout his career with Wrigley, he has moved through a series of positions of increasing responsibility, adding oversight for key developing geographies across East and Central Europe, then the Middle East, Africa and India, and most recently - South America. Saveliev came to Wrigley after an extensive career in consumer goods, working for Nabisco and Coca-Cola. Prior to that, he worked for the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as the United Nations Secretariat in Geneva, Switzerland. Saveliev earned an MBA from Emory University. He is a native of Russia.

John Adams has been promoted to the position of Vice President - Worldwide Manufacturing, with overall responsibility for all of Wrigley's gum, candy and ingredient production facilities and personnel. He joined the Wrigley Company in 1999 as Senior Director Supply Chain - Europe. In January 2005, he was named Vice President Manufacturing - International. Prior to joining Wrigley, Adams had extensive experience with consumer goods companies in both engineering and supply chain roles. He came to Wrigley from Diageo PLC, where he was Senior Vice President - North American Operations. Previously, he held a variety of positions with Kraft, including Vice President and Director - Engineering.

Mary Kay Haben serves as Group Vice President and Managing Director - North America of the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company. Elected to that position after joining the company in 2007, Haben is responsible for leading the growth and development of Wrigley's businesses in the United States and Canada. Haben joined Wrigley following a 27-year career with Kraft Foods, at various times heading up the company's cheese, pizza and foodservice operations. At Kraft, she developed a proven track record for successfully managing fast-moving consumer goods businesses, growing existing brands, and developing new product and packaging innovations. Haben earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Michael Wong serves as Group Vice President and Managing Director - Asia/Pacific of the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company. He is responsible for Wrigley's business in the Asia/Pacific region. He was elected to this position in 2007. Wong joined Wrigley in 1998 as Regional Managing Director - North Asia. Over the past decade, he has moved through a series of positions of increasing responsibility, adding oversight for key developing geographies across Asia - which has remained the Company's fastest-growing region over the past decade - and, most recently, the Pacific. Prior to joining Wrigley, Wong spent approximately seven years with the Campbell Soup Company in the United States, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. Previously, he worked for California-based Sanwa Foods - a leading producer of ramen noodles. Wong earned a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from the University of Southern California. He is a native of Hong Kong and immigrated to the United States in 1972.

Henderson joined Wrigley in January, 2005, and directs the Company's global public affairs, communications, investor and community relations initiatives. Before coming to Wrigley, Henderson was president of her own communications consulting firm, where her clients included Diageo and Gillette. Prior to that, she held senior communications leadership roles at Kohl's Department Stores and the Miller Brewing Company.
