Anthony "Tony" Marzulli joined Workscape in early 2008 as Chief Product and Marketing Officer. In this role, Marzulli is responsible for Workscape's overall market positioning, including driving product marketing, product management, marketing communications, corporate communications and public relations in support of the company's business objectives. Prior to joining Workscape, Marzulli was the senior vice president of Products and Marketing for Workbrain, Inc., which was acquired by Infor in June 2007. Additionally, his earlier experience as the senior vice president of Global Marketing for Citrix Software, the vice president of Software Marketing for EMC Corporation and the senior vice president of Marketing for Lawson Software positions him to drive Workscape's strategic expansion into new markets. Marzulli began his career at Hewlett-Packard as a systems engineer in 1984. He holds an MBA from Boston University and a bachelor's degree from West Chester University in Pa.

With over 20 years of experience in finance, Arthur Gitajn joined Workbrain in 2006 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Workbrain, Mr. Gitajn served as CFO of Intentia, one of Europe's largest public software companies. Before joining Intentia, Mr. Gitajn served as Vice President and CFO in Residence for Clairvest Group, a Canadian merchant bank. In 1999, Mr. Gitajn became the VP of Finance at Geac Computer Corporation, before being appointed the company's CFO in 2001. He holds an M.S. in Accounting from Georgetown University and is a Sells Award-winning CPA.

With more than 15 years of experience in the enterprise software industry, Stephen DeBacco is charged with optimizing the efficiency of Workbrain's operations. Mr. DeBacco joined Workbrain in 2000 as Vice President, US Sales. In 2003, he was appointed Senior Vice President Worldwide Sales & Marketing, and in 2004 became Workbrain's COO. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. DeBacco was the Director of Southeast Sales Operations at Ariba Incorporated. Prior to that, he was part of the initial management team at FASTech Integration (1990 to 1997), and General Motors/Fanuc Robotics Corporation (1985 to 1990). Mr. DeBacco holds an MBA from Washington University and a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University.

Mark Fowlie is President of Subex Azure's Fulfillment & Assurance Solutions (FAS) business unit where he is responsible for the overall strategy and business performance of the former Syndesis product line. Mark joined the company in January 2006 after serving as senior vice president of product development, product management and marketing at Workbrain, an enterprise workforce management software provider. Mark has over 20 years of experience in technology and software sales, marketing and development. Previously, Mark was VP of global product marketing at Amdocs. Prior to Amdocs, Mark was a senior member of the management team and a founding employee of Solect Technology Group where he held various leadership positions in professional services, strategic sales, partners & alliances, research and development, product management, and product marketing. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Toronto.

Daniel Debow joined Workbrain in 2000 as Director of Operations and served as Vice President of Marketing from 2002 until 2003. Mr. Debow is now Vice President, Corporate Development overseeing Mergers and Acquisitions and special projects. Prior to Workbrain, Mr. Debow worked for a major Wall Street investment bank and a leading international law firm. He holds a JD and MBA from the University of Toronto and an LLM in Law, Science & Technology from Stanford University.

Paul Inglis is a Vice President in the Global Operations Practice of A.T. Kearney, one of the world's leading management consulting firms. He has more than 25 years of industry and consulting experience with international corporate clients in consumer products, aerospace, communications, and automotive companies and specializes in corporate strategy, supply chain strategy, strategic sourcing, and transportation. Mr. Inglis has been prominent in research on service performance, has led two projects in cooperation with the ECR Committee and completed a project with the Center for Advanced Purchasing Studies, the National Association of Purchasing Management and A.T. Kearney to identify the future direction of procurement. Mr. Inglis is widely quoted and published on business issues. He was a long time board member and President of the Canadian Association of Supply Chain Management and co-author of "Profitable Logistics Management", a textbook on practical methods for managing logistics. He is a member of the Board of Advisors to the DeGroote School of Business and on the Board of Advisors to Workbrain, Inc.

Peter Dey is currently Chairman of Paradigm Capital Inc., an independent investment dealer, and Chairman of Addax Petroleum Corporation. Mr. Dey is also a Director of Goldcorp Inc., Workbrain Corporation, Soulpepper Theatre Company and Alpine Canada. Mr. Dey is a former Chairman of the Ontario Securities Commission and former Chairman of Morgan Stanley Canada, and he was a Senior Partner of Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt. In 1994, Mr. Dey chaired the Toronto Stock Exchange Committee on Corporate Governance, and has since been involved with developing global corporate governance standards as Vice Chairman of the OECD Task Force on Board Room Practices, and as Chairman of the Private Sector Advisory Group of the Global Corporate Governance Forum. Mr. Dey holds a Masters of Laws degree from Harvard University, a Bachelor of Laws degree from Dalhousie University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Queen's University.
