As President, CEO, and co-founder of Workscape, Inc., Tim Clifford has set the strategic vision and direction for the award-winning Company since its inception in 1998. Under his leadership, Workscape has risen to a prominent position in its industry, differentiated by its commitment to exemplary client service and continuing innovation as a technology-based provider of outsourced workforce management and benefits administration solutions. Today, more than 45 of the Fortune 500 rely on Workscape's solutions to deliver HR services to their workforces. Clifford's background includes extensive experience in accelerating growth for early- and growth-stage companies. Before founding Workscape, he was the President and COO of HealthPlan Services Inc.'s, small group business unit, the most profitable division of this NYSE company. Before joining HPS, he was with Consolidated Group from 1985 to 1997. As President and CEO from 1991 to 1997, he advanced the growth of this national outsourcing services leader into the insurance and managed care industries through more than ten acquisitions. Clifford's earlier career experience includes four years with Prudential Insurance Company, where he rose to regional group manager. He holds a bachelor's degree in Art History from Northeastern University.

Donald R. Fitch, Jr. joined Workscape in 1999 as the Company's Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration. With strong experience that spans a 20-plus year career, Fitch is responsible for all aspects of Workscape's financial, accounting and operational support functions. Prior to joining Workscape, Fitch served as Sr. Vice President and Treasurer with HealthPlan Services, Inc., a publicly traded managed healthcare services company. Before that, he was Executive Vice President and CFO with Consolidated Group for more than 10 years, where he was responsible for IT, acquisition financing, and investor relations. Fitch holds a bachelor's of science degree in finance and a bachelor's of arts degree in economics and political science, both from the University of Vermont. He conducted his MBA studies at Babson College.

Emily Lin, Program Manager. Emily Lin joined Machine Science as the organization's Program Manager in March 2005. Emily also works as a Machine Science instructor in the Somerville Public Schools, and she has previously held positions as a teaching assistant for an undergraduate physics course at Harvard College, and as a program presenter at the Boston Museum of Science. She holds a bachelor's degree in physics and astronomy and astrophysics from Harvard University. Stewart Murray, Engineering Consultant. Stewart Murray is a retired mechanical engineering instructor from Wentworth Institute of Technology, where he managed the school's machine shop for over 20 years. Stewart is leading a Machine Science course with a mechanical engineering focus at TechBoston Academy, and he is building a robotic platform that will serve as a the basis for our robotics curriculum module. Stewart holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering technology from Northeastern University. Board of Directors. Machine Science's Board of Directors has five members, who bring expertise in after-school programming, start-up and non-profit management, secondary and post-secondary education, and professional development. Sam is the Chairman, and he is joined on the Board by Todd Rice; Ed Hurley-Wales, Vice President of Human Resources for Workscape, Inc.; Peggy Kemp, Director of Fenway High School.

Lloyd Lambert is responsible for Workscape's Channel and Alliance partnership programs, a role in which he leverages his considerable sales, sales management and operational experience. In addition to his other responsibilities that include constructing a global alliance program, he manages the company's relationships with Business Transformation Outsourcers and other key partners that provide complimentary products and services. Prior to his current role, he was Workscape's vice president, Strategic Accounts Management, and before that, director of Sales, Eastern Region. In these roles, Lambert's leadership resulted in Workscape achieving significant revenue growth and outstanding client satisfaction and retention.

Topper joined Workscape in 2006 as Vice President, Outsourced Beneftis Administration Operations. In this capacity, he is responsible for delivering all technology, business process outsourcing and communications solutions to Workscape's North American OBA clients. Topper divides his time between Workscape's Marlborough, Massachusetts headquarters and the Company's Boise, Idaho-based service center, overseeing OBA implementations and client services, as well as call center operations. Most recently, he was Vice President, ADP Employer Services Group, and before that, he was the division vice president and general manager of ADP's Benefit Services Division. Earlier in his career at ADP, he was vice president and general manager of the major account region and major account service technology and Y2K team, as well as a branch manager and regional vice president. Before rejoining ADP in 1997, Topper was president of Motor Sound Corporation in San Jose, California, a $300 million privately held conglomerate serving the mobile sound system and wireless communications markets. Topper holds a Ph.D. in organizational management and leadership from Capella University, an MBA degree from Capital University, and a bachelor's of science degree in business administration from Franklin University.

Mr. Carlson, age 56, has been one of our Directors since 2007. Mr. Carlson has been our President and Chief Executive Officer since September 1, 2007, and Chairman of the Board since May 8, 2008. Prior to that, he served as our President and Chief Operating Officer from 2005. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President of UnitedHealth Group and President of its UnitedHealthcare business unit, which served more than 10 million members in HMO and PPO plans nationwide. Mr. Carlson also serves on the Board of Directors of the National Kidney Foundation, Morningside College and the Health Sector Advisory Council of Duke University s Fuqua School of Business, in addition to numerous community charitable organizations. On May 8, 2008, Mr. Carlson was re-elected as a Director of the Company for a three-year term that expires in 2011.

Bill Bergen joined Workscape in 2000 as the Company's IT and Operations Director and in 2004, was promoted to CIO and Vice President, Technology. An industry veteran, he holds global responsibilities for the research and development group and operations for Workscape's five geographically dispersed data centers in the United States, Europe, and Asia Pacific as well as the Company's IT department. Bergen's leadership has been instrumental in Workscape's recognition as an award-winning provider of HR solutions dedicated to product innovation. He built Workscape's world-class Shared Services organization, which is responsible for all customer hosting operations and client support activities. Under Bergen's direction, Workscape's Shared Services organization has proven to sustain Six Sigma availability and enable high-performing organizations to focus on core strategic initiatives. Before joining Workscape, Bergen was a Practice Leader, Collaborative Technologies for Waterfield/Whittman-Hart and the Director, Information Systems, for Energy USA, a deregulated startup subsidiary of Bay State Gas. He holds a bachelor's of science degree in business management and management information systems from Stonehill College and has conducted his MBA studies at Clark University.
