Ms. Aktabowski joined World Airways in May of 1995 and is responsible for the overall operation of the Customer Service Department. Ms. Aktabowski has almost 40 years of airline experience including 25 years with Eastern Airlines where she held increasingly responsible positions concluding with Director of Sales and Services at JFK.
