Worldspan Technologies Inc.

David Lauderdale is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Travelport GDS, heading the global CTO function for the businesses comprised of the Galileo and Worldspan GDSs, as well as Shepherd Systems, aiRES and Thor. Previously, David was CTO and senior vice president - Worldwide Technical Operations for Worldspan. In this role he was responsible for Worldspan's worldwide data center operations; communications network planning and engineering; e-commerce infrastructure engineering; and large server computer systems software, storage and infrastructure planning and management. Lauderdale set the strategy for Worldspan's technical architecture to include the latest development tools while maintaining high security, availability, efficient performance and low costs. David's responsibilities also included migration to a second Worldspan data center to provide for improved disaster recovery. Prior to becoming CTO of Worldspan, David served as the company's vice president Worldwide Technical Operations. Earlier, as Worldspan director Worldwide e-Commerce and Communications Infrastructure, David led a project team to TCP/IP-enable Worldspan's global distribution network, resulting in significant product improvements and major reductions in infrastructure costs. As director Communications Software for Worldspan, David managed the e-Commerce Server Complex, along with mainframe communications software and hardware development, and implementation and maintenance activities. Before joining Worldspan in 1993, David served as manager Technical Services for the PARS Service Partnership (PSP). His career began in computer systems management in 1984 as a systems programmer for DST Systems Inc. David is a native of Kansas City, Missouri.

Dean G. Metcalf began serving as Chairman of the Board of Doane and Doane Enterprises in October 2005. Mr. Metcalf is a Vice President at Teachers Private Capital, the private equity arm of OTPP, which manages over $4 billion in private equity capital. Mr. Metcalf joined OTPP in 1991. Previously, he worked in commercial and corporate lending for several years and, in particular, provided acquisition financing for mid-market buyouts. Mr. Metcalf received a BA and MBA from York University. He is a director of Shoppers Drug Mart Corporation, Worldspan, L.P., Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment and Yellow Pages Group.

James W. Leech, Director. Mr. Leech is a Senior Vice President at the private equity arm of OTPP. He joined OTPP in 2001. Previously, he was President and CEO of InfoCast Corporation, an Application Service Provider in the eLearning and Call Centre businesses, (1999 - 2001); Vice-Chair and Co-Founder of Kasten Chase Applied Research Inc., a data security company (1992 - 2001); and President and CEO of Union Energy Inc., one of North America s largest energy companies (1986 - 1992). From 1979 to 1988, Mr. Leech was President of Unicorp Canada Corporation, one of Canada s first public merchant banks. Mr. Leech graduated from the Royal Military College of Canada with a BSc. (Honours Mathematics and Physics) and holds an MBA from Queen s University. His directorships include Yellow Pages Group, Chemtrade Logistics Inc, Harris Steel Group Inc. and Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Ltd.
