Wright Medical Group Inc.

Frank S. Bono has been Wright's Senior Vice President, Research and Development since July 2007. Mr. Bono has 16 years of experience in the orthopaedic medical device industry. He was employed by Medtronic Spinal and Biologics, Inc. in various product development positions from 2003 to 2007, serving as Vice President Product Development and most recently as Vice President Ventures Technology Development. Mr. Bono was the Vice President Product Development of Spine Wave, Inc., a minimally invasive spinal implant company, from 2002 to 2003. Mr. Bono was employed by DePuy, Inc., a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, holding various technical positions in both total joint and spinal reconstruction from 1992 to 2002, where he ultimately served as the Vice President of Research and Development for the Core Spinal Product line.

Rhonda L. Fellows has served as Wright's Senior Vice President of Government Affairs and Reimbursement since April 2007. Prior to joining Wright, she worked for Orthofix International N.V., a diversified orthopaedic products company, from 1998 to April 2007, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Government Affairs and HIPAA Privacy Officer. Ms. Fellows served as National Accounts Manager for Medtronic, Inc., a medical technology company, from 1991 to 1996, until her division was sold to Empi Inc., a manufacturer and provider of non-invasive medical products, where she served from 1996 to 1997.

Abel Haque has served as Vice President of Business Development for Wright EMEA since December 2004. Prior to that, he served as VP of Marketing for Wright Europe from October 2001. Previously he held the following posts at Stryker over a seven year tenure; Director of Medical Education at Stryker Europe; Director of Marketing Stryker Med Surg Group Europe; Business Development Director Stryker UK and Sales & Marketing Director, Stryker UK. Abel joined the orthopaedic industry in 1991 as product manager for orthopaedic and rehabilitation products at Huntleigh Technology Group. Abel holds a medical degree from the University of Nottingham and has clinical surgical orthopaedic and trauma experience.

Angelo de Lollis has served as Vice President of Research and Development for Wright EMEA since April 2005. Prior to this, de Lollis served as Director of Research and Development for Wright Europe. Prior to that, Angelo worked as Director of Biomaterial Research for Officine Ortopediche Rizzoli where he has developed several medical devices in biodegradable materials as well as in composites materials and published several scientific articles. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Bologna in Italy.

Cary P. Hagan has been the Vice President, OrthoRecon Marketing of the Company since October 2006. He served the Company as the Senior Director Biologics Marketing and Business from 2003 to October 2006, as the Product Manager for Biologics from 1996 to 2003, and in various other marketing and sales roles since 1989.

Danilo Campani has served as Regional Director Italy/France for Wright EMEA since November 2005. Prior to that, he served as Country Manager Italy Wright Europe from January 2005. Previously he occupied the following positions : General Manager Europe Ev3 ( endovascular company), Business Director Spinal Europe in Medtronic Sofamor Danek, Vice President Europe, Area Manager South Europe in Sofamor Danek.Founder and Shareholder of the Colorado Company ( Spine ). Danilo joined the Orthopaedic industry in 1985 with Howmedica as Commercial Agent.

Eric A. Stookey has been the Vice President, North American Sales of the Company since March 1, 2007. He has served the Company in various other marketing and sales positions since 1995, including as the Vice President U.S. Sales from 2005 until March 1, 2007, the Senior Director of Sales Central Region from 2003 to 2005 and the Director of Marketing for Large Joint Reconstruction Products from 2001 to 2003. He was employed by DePuy Orthopedics, Inc., from 1993 to 1995.

Jason P. Hood has served as Wright's Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since April 2002. He previously served as General Counsel and Secretary after joining the company in 1998 as Corporate Counsel. Prior to joining Wright, Hood was an attorney for the international employee benefits consulting firm Sedgwick Noble Lowndes, a division of Sedgwick, Inc. which is currently part of Marsh & McClennan Copmanies, Inc. From 1994 to 1997, Hood was associated with the law firm of Glankler Brown, PLLC, where he concentrated his practice in employment law and general civil litigation. Hood is licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee. Prior to starting his legal career, Hood held executive positions in strategic planning and human resources development with a multi-national, specialty chemical company.

John T. Treace has been the Vice President and General Manager Biologics and Extremity Marketing of the Company since 2003. He previously served the Company as the Senior Director Biologics Marketing from 2001 to 2003. Mr. Treace was the Director of Marketing of Medtronic Xomed, Inc., and its predecessor, Xomed Surgical Products, Inc., from 1996 to 2000. He also served as the Director of Marketing for TreBay Medical Corp. from 1994 to 1996.

John T. Treace has been the Vice President, Biologics and Extremities Marketing of the Company since 2005. He served the Company as the Vice President and General Manager — Biologics and Extremity Marketing from 2003 to 2005 and the Senior Director — Biologics Marketing from 2001 to 2003. Mr. Treace was the Director of Marketing of Medtronic Xomed, Inc., and its predecessor, Xomed Surgical Products, Inc., from 1996 to 2000. He was the Director of Marketing of TreBay Medical Corp., from 1994 to 1996. Mr. Treace is the son of John R. Treace, the Company’s Special Assistant to the President and former Executive Vice President — North American Sales, and a nephew of James T. Treace, a director of the Company.

Karen L. Harris has served as Wright's Vice President, International Sales and Distribution since December 2001. She joined the Company in January 1998 as Vice President, International. Prior to Wright, Harris worked for MicroAire Surgical Instruments, Inc., a private company owned by the Marmon Group, Inc., where she held various positions and ultimately became Director of International Sales and Marketing.

Kyle M. Joines has been the Vice President Manufacturing of the Company since September 2004. He previously served the Company as the Senior Director Manufacturing from 2001 to September 2004 and the Director Manufacturing from 1998 to 2001 and has held various other production positions with the Company since 1993. Mr. Joines was employed by Precision Castparts Corp., a global manufacturer of complex metal components and products, from 1990 to 1992, where he ultimately served as the Foundry Coordinator.

Lance A. Berry has been a Vice President of the Company since 2004 and our Corporate Controller since 2002. He was an accountant in the auditing division of Arthur Andersen, LLP, from 1995 to 2002, where he held various positions of increasing responsibility, most recently as Audit Manager, and his clients consisted primarily of multinational and public companies. Mr. Berry is a certified public accountant.

Paul A. Arrendell has been the Vice President, Global Quality Systems, since September 2007. He has served the Company as Director, Regulatory Compliance, from November 2004 through March 2005 and then as Senior Director, Global Quality Systems, from April 2005 through August 2007. Mr. Arrendell was previously employed by Abbott Laboratories, Diagnostics Division, in a variety of quality-related roles of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as the Site Operations Quality Manager. He also worked in the automotive and semiconductor industries and was employed by the US Department of Energy.

Aurelio Sahagun has served as Director of Finance EMEA since August 2006. Prior to this he was Director of Finance and Operations for WMT France. He joined us in early 2006 from Medtronic where he provided senior financial support to the European Spine business and managed the Finance function of the European Spine Center, a Marketing and R&D organization of the Medtronic Sofamor Danek Spinal business, based in Paris, France. Prior to that he held several Finance and Business management positions in Banking and Distribution organizations in Spain. He holds an MBA degree from HEC (Paris, France), and a Bachelors degree in Economics from UAM (Autonomous University of Madrid, Spain).

Richard Adams has served as Regional Director Export Sales since February 2007 following a seven year tenure as Export Manager of Wright EMEA. He is responsible for developing the company’s distribution business in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Prior to this, he served as Country Manager in Germany for the Cremascoli Ortho Group and has also held sales managerial positions within distribution organizations in the UK. He started his sales career with Ciba-Geigy pharmaceuticals and AB Stille-Werner. He holds a special honors Bachelor of Science degree from The University Of Sheffield and gained clinical experience working as an Operating Department Assistant.

David D. Stevens is the former Chairman of Accredo Health, Incorporated which was acquired by Medco Health Solutions, Inc. in August 2005 to create the nation’s largest specialty pharmacy operation. Mr. Stevens has over 30 years of experience in the health care industry, the majority of which have been spent in the health care services sector. Prior to the acquisition from Medco, Mr. Stevens served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Accredo from 1996 through March 2006, and has served as a Director of Accredo since June 1997. Previously, Mr. Stevens served as Chief Operating Officer of Accredo’s wholly owned subsidiary, Southern Health Systems, Inc. (SHS), since its inception in 1983, and assumed the role of President of SHS in 1993. Mr. Stevens also serves on the Board of Directors of Thomas & Betts Corporation and Wright Medical Group, Inc.

Gary D. Blackford has been Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer since 2007. Prior thereto, Mr. Blackford had been President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors since 2002. Before joining us, Mr. Blackford was Chief Executive Officer for Curative Health Services, Inc., from 2001 to 2002 and, prior to that, for Shop for School.com, Inc., from 1999 to 2001. He also served as Chief Operating Officer of ValueRx, Inc., from 1994 to 1996 and as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of MedIntell Systems Corporation from 1993 to 1994. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Wright Medical Group, Inc. Mr. Blackford holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Iowa, a Juris Doctor degree from Creighton University and received a Certified Public Accountant certificate.

Mr. Emmitt is a Managing Director of The Vertical Group, a New Jersey-based medical device venture capital partnership that succeeded the venture capital activities of F. Eberstadt & Co. Mr. Emmitt has been recognized as one of the leading experts on the healthcare industry, with more than thirty years' experience in healthcare-related venture capital, investment research, and investment banking. He currently serves on the board of several public and private medical device companies, including American Medical Systems, BioSet, ENTrigue Surgical, ev3, and Tornier. Mr. Emmitt was also involved in the successful development of SciMed Life Systems and Xomed Surgical Products, which were ultimately acquired by Boston Scientific and Medtronic, respectively. He holds an M.B.A from The Rutgers School of Business.
