Anne M. Mulcahy is chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Xerox Corporation. She was named CEO of Xerox on August 1, 2001, and chairman on Jan. 1, 2002. Mulcahy most recently was president and chief operating officer of Xerox from May 2000 through July 2001. Prior to that, she was president of Xerox’s General Markets Operations, which created and sold products for reseller, dealer and retail channels. She began her Xerox career as a field sales representative in 1976 and assumed increasingly responsible sales and senior management positions. From 1992-1995, Mulcahy was vice president for human resources, responsible for compensation, benefits, human resource strategy, labor relations, management development and employee training. Mulcahy became chief staff officer in 1997 and corporate senior vice president in 1998. Prior to that, she served as vice president and staff officer for Customer Operations, covering South America and Central America, Europe, Asia and Africa. Mulcahy earned a bachelor of arts degree in English/journalism from Marymount College in Tarrytown, N.Y. In addition to the Xerox board, she is a board director of Catalyst, Citigroup Inc., Fuji Xerox Company, Ltd., Target Corporation, The Washington Post Company, and is the chairman of the corporate governance task force of the Business Roundtable.

Doug Lord is president of the North American Solutions Group at Xerox Corporation. He was named to this position in September 2008, expanding the role he assumed in January 2008 as head of the company's U.S. Solutions Group. Lord is also a vice president of the corporation, appointed in December 2007. Lord is responsible for the full portfolio of document management services, technology, and support sold by the Xerox direct sales force in the United States and Canada. Lord joined Xerox in 1976 in Canada and has experience not only in Xerox sales management but also in marketing, human resources, supply chain and customer service. From 2003-2007, Lord was president, chairman and CEO of Xerox Canada, Ltd., leading a team of 4,200 employees who deliver annual revenue of more than $1.2 billion. Prior to joining Xerox Canada, Lord was special assistant to the Federal Minister of Labour on Parliament Hill in Ottawa from 1973-1976. Lord holds an honors degree in economics and political science from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.

Jule E. Limoli is president of North American Agent Operations for Xerox Corporation. He was appointed to this position in July 2008. Limoli is also a vice president of the corporation, appointed in October 2008. In this role, Limoli is responsible for leading the Authorized Sales Agent program, an indirect sales channel comprised of independent agencies that sell Xerox's complete line of offerings to primarily small and medium sized businesses. Previously, Limoli was chief operating officer of Xerox Developing Markets Operations (DMO). In that position, he handled the strategic and sales operations of ten regions covering more than 140 countries in the Caribbean, Central and South America, Mexico, Eurasia, India, the Middle East, Central and Eastern Europe, Russia and Africa. He also was responsible for the company's post sales operations and Lean Six Sigma deployment throughout Xerox DMO. Limoli first joined Xerox in 1977 in Honolulu, Hawaii. Since then, he has held numerous management and executive positions around the world. His previous assignments include: manager of instructor training at what is now Xerox Document University, Leesburg, Virginia; sales operations manager of the U.S. Western Region; district manager for Los Angeles, California, and later Hawaii; general manager of Xerox of Arizona; and vice president and general manager of Xerox Southwest. In 1995, Limoli became senior vice president and general manager of the Central U.S. Operations for Xerox United States Customer Operations (USCO). In 2000, he was appointed chief marketing officer of Xerox DMO, and in 2001 he became president and general manager of Xerox International Group, then a part of Xerox DMO.

Rick Dastin is president of the Xerox Global Products Delivery Group. He was named to this position in January 2009. Dastin is also a vice president of the corporation, appointed in October 2008. Dastin is responsible for delivering hardware and software products and platforms that meet the business and customer requirements of Xerox's target markets and sales channels - driving faster, more efficient time to market for the company's expanding product line. Previously president of Xerox Office Group, Dastin has extensive experience in product development and delivery. He joined the company in 1981 and has held a variety of positions in advanced engineering, product launch, marketing and customer support. His responsibilities have included technical program manager for Xerox's first office color digital copier, general manager for desktop printers, and chief engineer for segment six monochrome multifunction products. From 2005 through 2008, Dastin led several business teams including the Office Color and Monochrome MFP business, software and controller development. Dastin holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan and a master's degree in engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He serves on the board of the United Way of Rochester.

Ursula M. Burns is president of Xerox Corporation. She was named to this position in April 2007. She is also a member of the Xerox Board of Directors, elected in April 2007. Burns is responsible for the company's global research, development, engineering, marketing and manufacturing of Xerox technology, supplies and related services. She also oversees for the corporation Global Accounts, Information Management, Corporate Strategy, Human Resources and Ethics, and Marketing Operations. Burns joined Xerox in 1980 as a mechanical engineering summer intern. She since held several positions in engineering including product development and planning. In June 1991, she became the executive assistant to Paul A. Allaire, then Xerox chairman and chief executive officer. From 1992 through 2000, Burns led several business teams including the office color and fax business, office network copying business, and the departmental business unit. In May 2000, she was named senior vice president, Corporate Strategic Services, and two years later assumed the role of president, Business Group Operations. She serves on professional and community boards, including American Express Corp., Boston Scientific Corp., CASA - The National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse at Columbia University, FIRST - (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology), National Academy Foundation, MIT, the U.S. Olympic Committee and the University of Rochester.

Anthony M. Federico is vice president, chief engineer and graphic communications executive liaison for Xerox Corporation, Norwalk, Conn. He was appointed to this position in October 2005, and has been a corporate officer since 1998. Federico is responsible for establishing and strengthening relationships with our graphic communications customers and helps guide all of our product development teams. His focus is with our customers, product teams, as well as the sales and services staffs. Federico joined Xerox in 1968 and has held various product and general management positions, as well as numerous engineering, solutions, information management and process re-engineering positions. He has led the internal development of most of Xerox's major production products over the last 16 years. This includes DocuPrint, DocuTech, DocuTech HLC, Nuvera and iGen. Other positions include: vice president and general manager, Production Solutions Businesses; vice president of technology for Production Systems; vice president and general manager, Technology and Document Production Solutions; and vice president, Market To Collection and North American Information Management. Federico earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and electrical engineering from the University of Rochester and has completed graduate studies in these areas, in addition to computer science, at the Rochester Institute of Technology and business management at Indiana University and Harvard College. He holds 24 patents and has been the recipient of the 1991 President's Award and the 1991 Individual Excellence Award.

Retired Executive Chief Staff and Marketing Officer, North America, Xerox Corporation

Gary Kabureck is vice president and chief accounting officer at Xerox Corporation, Norwalk, Conn. He was named to this position in May 2003. He was appointed a officer in 2000 and has been chief accounting officer since 2001. Kabureck is responsible for Xerox's worldwide books of account, external and internal financial reporting and finance systems. He is also responsible for Xerox's Sarbanes - Oxley financial compliance processes, internal control, audit coordination activities and finance training. He is the interface with the company's auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers and maintains, develops and interprets accounting policies. Kabureck joined Xerox in 1985 after a 10-year career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. During his tenure at Xerox, he has assumed increasing responsibility in managing and directing accounting policies, standards, procedures and controls. He also served as the vice president of financial services for the North American Solutions Group from 1997 to 2000. Kabureck was recently elected to the Accounting Hall of Fame of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He earned a bachelor's degree in accounting in 1975 and a master's degree in business administration and finance in 1982, both from the University of Bridgeport (Conn.) where he was later a member of the accounting faculty. He is past president of the Financial Executives International (FEI), Rochester, N.Y. Chapter. He currently is a member of the FEI's national Committee on Corporate Reporting and is chairman of the FEI's FASB subcommittee. In addition, Kabureck is a member of the advisory council (FASAC) to the Financial Accounting Standards Board and the Standing Advisory Group to the Public Companies Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). He is a frequent speaker on Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and numerous other financial accounting and governance topics.

John E. McDermott is chief information officer for Xerox Corporation, a position he assumed in January 2007. He is also a vice president of the corporation, appointed in February 2004. As CIO, McDermott leads a worldwide team of information technology professionals and business partners who deliver information technology solutions and enablement of Xerox's business processes. McDermott joined Xerox in 2002 as vice president, corporate strategy, alliances and business development. He was responsible for developing corporate strategy and leading the company's strategic management processes. McDermott was engaged in corporate development activities, including the Xerox's recent acquisitions of Global Imaging, Amici and XMPie. In addition, he led the company's relationship with many information technology alliance partners. McDermott also managed the company's strategy and investment in the Fuji Xerox Company, Xerox's joint venture in Asia Pacific with Fuji Film. Prior to joining Xerox, McDermott was a partner at Marakon Associates, a management consulting firm, where he provided Fortune 500 clients with support on business strategy, operations improvement and organizational design, primarily in the technology and telecommunications industries. In addition to his consulting responsibilities McDermott was also CIO at Marakon. McDermott earned his MBA at Yale University School of Management and his BA degree from Hampshire College in Amherst, Mass.

John Kelly serves as president, Xerox Global Services North America. He was named to this position in April 2007. Kelly oversees global services development and delivery, manages North American sales operations, and implements go-to-market initiatives and technologies for the company's document management and business process services offerings. He is also a vice president of the corporation, appointed in February 2006. Prior to Xerox, Kelly founded and served as president and chief executive officer of Niteo Partners Inc., a technology consulting and systems integration firm, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of NEC Solutions America. Kelly has also held key leadership positions in Cap Gemini's Americas and European consulting services operations. Kelly earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Manhattan College and a master's degree in engineering and operations research from the University of Texas at Austin.

Patricia M. Nazemetz is chief human resources and ethics officer for Xerox Corporation. She is also a vice president of the corporation, appointed in January 1999. Nazemetz is responsible for all aspects of human resources and the company's talent strategy including resource planning, sourcing, talent management, leadership development, pay and rewards, diversity, work environment and industrial relations. She also oversees all ethics and compliance initiatives for the corporation. Nazemetz joined Xerox Corporation in 1979 as a benefits operations manager and held a variety of assignments in human resources. She was named vice president of human resources in 1999 and to her current position in 2007. Before joining Xerox Corporation, she worked as a benefits analyst at W.R. Grace & Company. Ms. Nazemetz is a member of the Board of Directors of WMS Industries. She serves as a Director on the Board of Catholic Health Services of Long Island where she chairs the Human Resource committee of the Board and TransforMED, an organization committed to the transformation of the practice of family medicine. Ms. Nazemetz is also a Trustee of Fordham University and serves as Vice Chairman of its Board and Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics and a Master of Arts degree in philosophy both from Fordham University.

Dr. Sophie Vandebroek is Xerox's Chief Technology Officer and the President of the Xerox Innovation Group. She was named to this position January 2006, and became a Corporate Vice President in February 2006. Vandebroek is responsible for overseeing Xerox's worldwide research centers and for maximizing the company's returns on investment in research and technology. Previously, she was Chief Engineer of Xerox Corporation and Vice President of the Xerox Engineering Center. As Chief Engineer, a position she assumed in 2002, Vandebroek was responsible for coordinating Xerox's engineering efficiency and effectiveness, a period during which Xerox refreshed more than 95 percent of its product line and launched its flagship iGen3™ Digital Production Press. Prior to that, she served as Chief Technology Officer at Carrier Corp. From 1991 until 2000, Vandebroek held a number of increasingly responsible roles at Xerox including technical advisor to Xerox's chief operating officer and director of the Xerox Research Centre of Canada. Vandebroek is a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers and served as an elected member on the IEEE Electron Devices Society Administrative Committee. She is also a Fulbright Fellow and a Fellow of the Belgian-American Educational Foundation. She holds 12 US patents. Vandebroek has received awards from Xerox, IBM, HP, Monsanto, the Belgium National Science Foundation, Semiconductor Research Corporation, IEEE, and Cornell University. Vandebroek served as a judge for MIT's Technology Review Young Innovators awards, the Wall Street Journal Innovation awards and the FIRST Lego and Robotics competition regional awards. Vandebroek is a member of the Board of Directors of PARC Inc., and currently serves on several university and professional advisory boards. Vandebroek was born in Leuven, Belgium. She earned a master's degree in electro-mechanical engineering from Katholieke Universiteit, Leuven, Belgium, and a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Cornell University.

James A. Firestone is president, Corporate Operations at Xerox Corporation. He was named to this position in September 2008. He is also an executive vice president of the corporation, appointed in April 2007. Firestone is responsible for the company's core corporate organizations that support all areas of the business worldwide, including research and development, information management, strategy, Fuji Xerox relations, human resources and ethics, marketing and communications, and Xerox's environmental health and safety initiatives. Prior to this role, Firestone was president, Xerox North America, a position he assumed in 2004 after serving as the company's chief strategist. As head of North America, Firestone was responsible for direct and indirect channels of distribution in the United States and Canada including direct sales and service, agents, resellers and Teleweb. In this role, he led the company's $1.5 billion acquisition of Global Imaging Systems in 2007, increasing Xerox's access to small and mid-size businesses in the U.S. by 50 percent. Firestone joined Xerox from IBM in August 1998 as president of the Xerox Channels Group, responsible for creating a network of resellers for Xerox's office printers and multifunction systems. He then was named senior vice president for the Corporate Strategy and Marketing Group. At IBM, Firestone was responsible for all of the company's consumer products and services for the home and family market. He joined IBM in 1995, helping launch a new division to develop and market hardware, software and multimedia products. Firestone headed the consumer division of Ameritech, a telecommunications company, from 1993 to 1995. From 1978 to 1993, he worked at American Express in a number of financial and general management positions, including president of the Japan division and president of the Travelers Cheque division. Firestone received a bachelor's degree in international economics from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and a master's degree in management from Yale University. He is a board member of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, The Japan Fund and Yale University Center of Customer Insights.

Armando Zagalo de Lima is president of Xerox Europe for Xerox Corporation, Norwalk, CT. He was named to this position January 2004. He is also a corporate senior vice president, appointed February 2006. He has been a corporate officer since July 2000. Zagalo de Lima is responsible for managing the company's multibillion-dollar European operations, driving business activity in nearly 20 countries. Xerox Europe headquartered in Uxbridge, U.K., markets Xerox's products, solutions and services throughout Europe. Zagalo de Lima joined Xerox in Portugal in 1983. Following several sales and marketing positions in Portugal, he was named national sales manager for Xerox Belgium in 1990 and general manager of Xerox Belgium in 1993. In 1996 he moved to the U.K. to become director of the Xerox Technical Centre in Welwyn Garden City. This site had product and software development units, provided technical and software support, and was the solutions development competence centre. In 1997 he was appointed general manager of Xerox's Southern European entity, covering operations in Italy, Spain, Portugal and Greece. In 2000 he was named deputy managing director of Xerox Europe with responsibility for its global document solutions and services group. Most recently he was senior vice president and chief operating officer for Xerox Europe, responsible for industry operations, geographic field operations and concessionaires. Zagalo de Lima earned a master's degree in information technology and electronics engineering from the Technical University of Lisbon. He can speak Portuguese, English, French, Spanish and Italian.

Don H. Liu is general counsel and secretary for Xerox Corporation, Norwalk, Conn. He is also a senior vice president of the corporation. Liu joined Xerox in June 2007. Liu oversees the legal affairs of the corporation, including legal counsel, litigation and patent acquisition. He also manages the regulatory requirements and meeting processes for the board of directors and is responsible for Xerox's government-related and public policy activities on domestic and international affairs. Prior to joining Xerox, Liu was senior vice president, general counsel and corporate compliance officer for Toll Brothers. From 1999-2005, he served as general counsel, corporate secretary and corporate compliance officer for IKON Office Solutions. He was vice president and deputy chief legal officer for Aetna U.S. Healthcare from 1992-1999. Liu earned his juris doctor degree from Columbia University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Haverford College. He is affiliated with professional and not-for-profit organizations including the Association of Corporate Counsel, Mercy Health Systems and chairman of the Minority Corporate Counsel Association.

Jean-Noël Machon is president of Xerox Developing Markets Operations. He was appointed to this position in January 2004. He was named a corporate senior vice president in February 2004, and has been a corporate officer since July 2000. Machon's organization is focused on growth opportunities in emerging markets and countries around the world, including Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, the Eurasian countries, India and Russia. Machon joined Xerox in Lille, France, in a sales position in 1976. He has held a range of sales and management roles since then, rising to general manager of Xerox's Northern European entity in 1995 and Xerox France in 1996. Most recently, Machon was president of the European Solutions Group, and was previously president of Xerox's General Market Operations Europe and North American General Markets Group. Prior to that he was deputy managing director of GMO in Europe. GMO focuses on on-site support of Xerox office and printing products and manages the European concessionaire channel. He received degrees in finance, Diplome D'Etudes Compatables Superieures, and in business, Ecole Des Hautes Etudes Commerciales, from Lille University in France in 1975 and 1972, respectively.

Michael C. Mac Donald is senior vice president, operational effectiveness for Xerox Corporation. He was named to this position in September 2008 and leads the integration of Xerox Mortgage Services and Xerox Litigation Services with other units of the company. Mac Donald is a senior vice president of the corporation, appointed in July 2000. He was previously president of Xerox Marketing Operations, responsible for corporate marketing, xerox.com, advertising, brand, public relations, and corporate communications. Mac Donald joined Xerox in 1977 as a field sales representative and has held several senior positions in sales, marketing and general management. He was president, Marketing & Global Accounts from 2004 - 2007. Prior to that, he was president, North American Solutions Group, responsible for all products, services and solutions sold by the Xerox direct sales force in the United States and Canada. He has also served as that group's senior vice president of marketing and chief of staff. After receiving a bachelor's degree in political science from Rutgers University in 1975, Mac Donald attended Iona College's John C. Hagen Graduate School of Business. He completed executive business and management programs at Columbia University and Harvard in 1992 and 1998, respectively. Mac Donald is a board director of Medifast, PAETEC, and the Jimmy V Foundation.

Stephen Cronin is president, Xerox Global Services, a position he has held since April 2007. Cronin was named a corporate vice president in December 2004, and promoted to a senior vice president of the corporation in July 2008. Xerox Global Services provides document management, consulting and outsourcing services, records management, digital imaging, e-discovery for litigation support, HR compliance and much more. Cronin joined Xerox in April 1989 as a human resource director for European Systems Business. Since then he has held a variety of positions, including director of Xerox Europe, Marketing and Communications; vice president, Human Resources, Europe. He also served as a managing director of the United Kingdom/Ireland, where he was responsible for the sales and marketing of the full product and global services portfolio. Prior to his current position, Cronin was a chief of staff for Xerox's Developing Markets Operations, focusing on the growth opportunities of more than 140 emerging markets and countries, including Latin America, Eurasia, India, Middle East and Africa. Prior to joining Xerox, he held positions with Computervision Corporation, a Boston-based software company, as its UK Director of Group Resources, and at John Crane, Ltd., UK, as a mechanical design engineer. Cronin holds a diploma in mechanical engineering from Thames Valley University, UK and is a member of the Mechanical Institute of Engineering.

Willem Appelo is president of the Xerox Global Business and Services Group. He was appointed to this position in October 2008 and named a corporate vice president in February 2004. He is also a corporate senior vice president, appointed in December 2007. Appelo is responsible for the company's worldwide product strategy, marketing & planning as well as product development and engineering. He also is responsible for the company's worldwide supplies business, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, facilities management and other core corporate functions. Appelo joined Xerox in 1991. Since then he has held several positions in corporate audit, strategy, and finance for manufacturing and supply chain operations in Europe. In 2000, he championed the worldwide inventory reduction initiative and management process for the corporation and in 2001 returned to Europe to manage the European Manufacturing and Supply Chain. Prior to joining Xerox, Appelo worked for seven years in the paper industry for two operating companies within Buhrmann Tetterode, NV, Netherlands. From 1984 to 1987 he was financial controller for the Levison Group b.v., and from 1987-1991 he served as director for Papierfabriek Doetinchem b.v., responsible for logistics, IT and finance. Appelo holds a bachelor's degree in finance from HEAO in Zwolle, Netherlands and an MBA from Delta University in Utrecht, Netherlands. He is chairman of the board for Xerox International Partners, and is a board member for Xerox Ireland. Appelo is also a member of the Rochester Institute of Technology board of trustees and the University of Rochester Medical Center Board.

Cameron Hyde is senior vice president of Xerox Global Accounts Operations, named to this position in January 2009. Hyde is responsible for this organization, a division of Xerox Global Services. GAO provides enhanced worldwide focus and support to Xerox's premiere global accounts. Hyde also serves as a corporate vice president. Hyde joined Xerox in 1975 as a sales representative in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Since then he has held a wide variety of sales, general management and marketing positions in Canada and the United States. Hyde was president of North American Partners Group, including agent, reseller and dealer channels from 2007 through 2008. From 2003 until 2007 Hyde was senior vice president and general manger, Xerox North American Agent Operations and the North American Dealer Channel. He was president and CEO of Xerox Canada Ltd. from 2000 to 2003. Prior to 2000 Hyde held positions including vice president, Xerox Business Services; vice president and general manager of both Xerox British Columbia and Greater Toronto Area customer business units in Canada; and vice president, global accounts, Industrial Business Operations in New York. Hyde earned Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from the University of Alberta in Edmonton in 1973 and 1975. He has an executive MBA from Queens University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Hyde is a current board member of the Strategic Accounts Management Association, the Rochester Business Alliance, the Business Council of New York State and Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School. He is the past chair of the National Quality Institute of Canada (2002-2007). He is the Xerox Champion for the National Black Employee Association.

Eric Armour is president, Global Business and Strategic Marketing Group at Xerox Corporation. He was named to this position in March 2009. He joined Xerox and was appointed a vice president of the corporation in May 2007. Armour is responsible for the worldwide management of Xerox’s $5 billion production and $8 billion office businesses, including product marketing and launch, and strategic planning. The production business offers high end systems, software and services for the graphic communication industry, including production publishing, transaction printing and enterprise-wide printing. Armour directs Xerox’s efforts to leverage the complimentary power of digital printing in the offset market, targeting key growth opportunities such as just-in-time printing and on-demand book publishing. In the office he is responsible for marketing of Xerox technology, software and services for offices small to large. He is charged with accelerating growth for Xerox’s portfolio of black and white (monochrome) and color multifunctional systems and networked printers; advancing Xerox’s proprietary solid ink color printing technology; and expanding the company’s share of the small and mid-size business market. Previously Armour served as vice president, corporate strategy. As the company's chief strategist he was responsible for leading Xerox's strategic management processes and development activities as well as managing the company's relationship with alliance partners and with Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. Armour joined Xerox from the investment firm RHJ International, where he was an industrial partner helping to evaluate private equity investments and providing counsel to portfolio companies. Prior to RHJI, Armour was president and general manager from 2003-2005 of The Gillette Company's BRAUN global business division, headquartered in Germany. He also served as vice president of planning and integration for Gillette during its merger with Procter & Gamble. From 1990-2003, Armour was with Marakon Associates, the international consulting firm, where as a partner he directed multimillion dollar-valued improvement programs and strategic initiatives for clients in consumer products, financial services, pharmaceuticals, aerospace and other industries. He also led Marakon's North American recruitment activities and was a member of the firm's operations committee. Armour earned his M.B.A. from Harvard University with the designation of Baker Scholar, and a Bachelor of Science degree with distinction from the U.S. Naval Academy. He was a U.S. Navy fighter pilot from 1981-1988 while also holding leadership positions in maintenance and operations.

Ivy Thomas McKinney is deputy general counsel for Xerox Corporation, Norwalk, Conn. She was appointed to this position in September 2004 and was named a corporate vice president in December 2004. McKinney is responsible for directing certain aspects of Xerox's legal operations including senior-level legal counsel, litigation, and managing the delivery of legal counsel in the areas of human resources and employee benefits. Prior to working for Xerox, she was associated with the New York City law firm of Dewey, Ballantine, Bushby, Palmer & Wood in the litigation department. McKinney attended Princeton University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in politics in 1977, magna cum laude. In 1980 she received a juris doctor degree from Yale Law School. She is licensed to practice law in New York and Connecticut, and is also admitted in the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and several federal district courts. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel, and is also on the board of WESFACCA (the Westchester/Southern Connecticut Chapter of ACC). She is affiliated with various community organizations, alumni associations and volunteers for pro bono groups.

James H. Lesko is vice president, investor relations, for Xerox Corporation, Norwalk, Conn. He was appointed to this position in October 2004. He was elected a corporate vice president in July 1993. Lesko is responsible for the communication and interpretation of the company's results and business strategies to shareholders and the investment community. Lesko joined the company in 1973 and has held a variety of field and headquarter positions. He has been senior vice president of U.S. field operations and president of the Personal Products Division, the Office Document Systems Division, the Desktop Products Group, and the Xerox Supplies Group. Most recently he was president, e-Business and teleweb, responsible for the management and deployment of teleweb, customer management and xerox.com capabilities worldwide. Lesko received a bachelor's degree in business administration in 1973 from Gettysburg College.

Kathleen Fanning is vice president, worldwide taxes at Xerox Corporation, Norwalk, Conn. She was named to this position in January 2005. She is also a corporate vice president. Fanning is responsible for overseeing all aspects of global tax planning, policy and compliance for the corporation. Prior to joining Xerox in January 2005, she held executive positions with GE Company and GE Capital Corporation as tax director and most recently as global tax director, GE Real Estate. Fanning received a bachelors degree in business administration from the University of Georgia in 1983. She went on to Duke University where she obtained her MBA in 1986. She is also a certified public accountant.

Leslie F. Varon is controller at Xerox Corporation, Norwalk, Conn. She was named to this position in July 2006. She is also a corporate vice president, appointed in August 2001. Varon is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial planning and analysis, accounting, internal controls and financial systems. She was most recently vice president, finance and operational support for Xerox North America, providing financial and strategic leadership for the company's sales operations throughout the United States and Canada. She assumed this position in October 2004. From 1997-2004, Varon was head of Xerox investor relations, responsible for the communication and interpretation of the company's financial results and business strategies. In 2001, she was named to the additional role of corporate secretary. Varon joined Xerox in 1980 as a financial analyst in the Mid-Atlantic region and proceeded to hold a number of operational finance and controller assignments in Xerox's sales operations. In 1993, she was named director of corporate audit and led all facets of Xerox's worldwide audit organization. Varon holds a bachelor of arts degree from Binghamton University and a master's degree in business administration with concentrations in finance and marketing from Virginia Polytechnic Institute.

Rhonda L. Seegal is treasurer of Xerox Corporation, Norwalk, Conn., effective April 21, 2003. She is also a corporate vice president. Seegal oversees the capital structure of the corporation, including developing worldwide funding strategies and serving as the primary interface to the capital markets and credit rating agencies. Seegal joined Xerox in 2003 from Avaya Inc., where she was vice president and treasurer since 2000. Prior to Avaya, Seegal served as deputy treasurer of General Electric Co. from 1996-2000, responsible for developing financing for GE's industrial businesses. From 1986-1996, she held a number of finance positions at The Perkin-Elmer Corp., rising to corporate vice president and treasurer. She was previously domestic treasurer at Data General Corp. and an assistant vice president at Citicorp (USA) Inc. Seegal earned a master's degree in business administration from the Harvard Business School in 1979. She graduated from Simmons College in Boston, where she received a bachelor of arts degree in communications and Spanish in 1972.

Richard F. Cerrone is vice president, marketing integration and strategy for Xerox Corporation. He was named to this position August 2007. Cerrone is also a corporate vice president, appointed February 2002. Cerrone is responsible for the alignment and development of strategic worldwide marketing initiatives throughout Xerox. Cerrone joined Xerox in April 1972 and has held a variety of senior management positions including national sales operations manager, vice president, general manager, Supplies Business North America, and senior vice president of field operations in North American General Markets Organization, senior vice president and general manager, North American Agent Operations, and senior vice president and general manager, Europe Office Operations. Most recently he was vice president, strategic initiatives where he managed strategic and operational initiatives to expand Xerox's presence in small and medium businesses worldwide. Cerrone holds a bachelor of science degree in business from Niagara University and a master's degree in communications from Fairfield University. He is on the board of trustees for Cheshire Academy, Cheshire, Conn.

Russell Peacock is president, North American Channels Group for Xerox Corporation. He was named to this position in September 2008. Peacock is also a vice president of the corporation, appointed in May 2007. He is responsible for delivering profitable revenue growth through Xerox's indirect sales channel partners including North American agents, resellers, distributors, and the companies that operate under Xerox's wholly-owned subsidiary Global Imaging Systems. Peacock was previously president of the Xerox Office Group, responsible for all aspects of Xerox's $8 billion office business, including engineering, development and marketing of Xerox technology, software and services for offices of any size, anywhere around the world. Since joining Xerox in 1982 as a field sales representative in London, Peacock has held senior positions in sales, finance, operations and engineering. He has served as the head of the Monochrome Business Unit for the Xerox Office Group, and as managing director of Xerox United Kingdom. Peacock holds a bachelor of arts degree in humanities from the University of Wolverhampton, England.

Shaun Pantling is director and general manager of Xerox Global Services, Europe. He was named to this position in January 2004. He was also named a corporate vice president in December 2007. Pantling is responsible for an $850 million operation in Europe that provides document outsourcing and consulting services and employs over 4,000 people. Pantling joined Xerox in 1974 and has led sales operations and customer service units across Europe. Prior to his current position he was an executive director of Xerox UK Ltd. From 1997 Pantling was responsible for the Business Services organization, initially for the UK and Ireland and from 2000 on a pan European basis.

Maggie Wilderotter became Chairman and CEO of Frontier Communications on January 1, 2006. She joined the company on November 1, 2004, as President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. Before this, Ms. Wilderotter was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Public Sector at Microsoft, responsible for strengthening customer and partner outreach in the government and education markets, as well as working across Microsoft's business divisions to develop and coordinate forward-looking strategies. Previously, Ms. Wilderotter was President and Chief Executive Officer of Wink Communications Inc., where she led efforts to develop low-cost, end-to-end e-commerce systems to enable advertisers, merchants, and broadcast and cable networks to create interactive enhancements for traditional television advertisements and programs. Before joining Wink Communications, Ms. Wilderotter was the Executive Vice President of National Operations for AT&T Wireless Services Inc. and Chief Executive Officer of AT&T's Aviation Communications Division. She also served as Senior Vice President of McCaw Cellular Communications Inc. and was a Regional President managing the company's California, Nevada, and Hawaii Region. Ms. Wilderotter serves on the boards of Yahoo! Inc., Xerox Corporation and Tribune Company and on the boards of a number of non-profit organizations. Ms. Wilderotter holds a bachelor's degree in economics and business administration from Holy Cross College.

After graduating with a B.B.A. from Hofstra University, Mr. Larsen joined Johnson & Johnson in 1962. In 1981, he left Johnson & Johnson to serve as president of Becton Dickinson’s consumer products division and returned to Johnson & Johnson in 1983 as president of its Chicopee subsidiary. In 1986, Mr. Larsen was named a company group chairman and later that year became vice chairman of the executive committee and chairman of the consumer sector. He was elected a director in 1987 and served as chairman of the board and chief executive officer from 1989 to 2002. Mr. Larsen is also a director of Xerox Corporation and a trustee of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
