Anne M. Mulcahy is chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Xerox Corporation. She was named CEO of Xerox on August 1, 2001, and chairman on Jan. 1, 2002. Mulcahy most recently was president and chief operating officer of Xerox from May 2000 through July 2001. Prior to that, she was president of Xerox’s General Markets Operations, which created and sold products for reseller, dealer and retail channels. She began her Xerox career as a field sales representative in 1976 and assumed increasingly responsible sales and senior management positions. From 1992-1995, Mulcahy was vice president for human resources, responsible for compensation, benefits, human resource strategy, labor relations, management development and employee training. Mulcahy became chief staff officer in 1997 and corporate senior vice president in 1998. Prior to that, she served as vice president and staff officer for Customer Operations, covering South America and Central America, Europe, Asia and Africa. Mulcahy earned a bachelor of arts degree in English/journalism from Marymount College in Tarrytown, N.Y. Doug Lord is president of the North American Solutions Group at Xerox Corporation. He was named to this position in September 2008, expanding the role he assumed in January 2008 as head of the company's U.S. Solutions Group. Lord is also a vice president of the corporation, appointed in December 2007.
Lord is responsible for the full portfolio of document management services, technology, and support sold by the Xerox direct sales force in the United States and Canada.

Jule E. Limoli is president of North American Agent Operations for Xerox Corporation. He was appointed to this position in July 2008. Limoli is also a vice president of the corporation, appointed in October 2008.
In this role, Limoli is responsible for leading the Authorized Sales Agent program, an indirect sales channel comprised of independent agencies that sell Xerox's complete line of offerings to primarily small and medium sized businesses.
Previously, Limoli was chief operating officer of Xerox Developing Markets Operations (DMO). In that position, he handled the strategic and sales operations of ten regions covering more than 140 countries in the Caribbean, Central and South America, Mexico, Eurasia, India, the Middle East, Central and Eastern Europe, Russia and Africa. Limoli first joined Xerox in 1977 in Honolulu, Hawaii. Since then, he has held numerous management and executive positions around the world. His previous assignments include: manager of instructor training at what is now Xerox Document University, Leesburg, Virginia; sales operations manager of the U.S. Western Region; district manager for Los Angeles, California, and later Hawaii; general manager of Xerox of Arizona; and vice president and general manager of Xerox Southwest. In 1995, Limoli became senior vice president and general manager of the Central U.S. Operations for Xerox United States Customer Operations (USCO). In 2000, he was appointed chief marketing officer of Xerox DMO, and in 2001 he became president and general manager of Xerox International Group, then a part of Xerox DMO.

Rick Dastin is president of the Xerox Global Products Delivery Group. He was named to this position in January 2009. Dastin is also a vice president of the corporation, appointed in October 2008.

Ursula M. Burns is president of Xerox Corporation. She was named to this position in April 2007. She is also a member of the Xerox Board of Directors, elected in April 2007.
Burns is responsible for the company's global research, development, engineering, marketing and manufacturing of Xerox technology, supplies and related services. Anthony M. Federico is vice president, chief engineer and graphic communications executive liaison for Xerox Corporation, Norwalk, Conn. He was appointed to this position in October 2005, and has been a corporate officer since 1998.
Federico is responsible for establishing and strengthening relationships with our graphic communications customers and helps guide all of our product development teams. His focus is with our customers, product teams, as well as the sales and services staffs.
Federico joined Xerox in 1968 and has held various product and general management positions, as well as numerous engineering, solutions, information management and process re-engineering positions. He has led the internal development of most of Xerox's major production products over the last 16 years. This includes DocuPrint, DocuTech, DocuTech HLC, Nuvera and iGen. Other positions include: vice president and general manager, Production Solutions Businesses; vice president of technology for Production Systems; vice president and general manager, Technology and Document Production Solutions; and vice president, Market To Collection and North American Information Management.

Gary Kabureck is vice president and chief accounting officer at Xerox Corporation, Norwalk, Conn. He was named to this position in May 2003. He was appointed a officer in 2000 and has been chief accounting officer since 2001.

Kabureck was recently elected to the Accounting Hall of Fame of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He earned a bachelor's degree in accounting in 1975 and a master's degree in business administration and finance in 1982, both from the University of Bridgeport (Conn.) where he was later a member of the accounting faculty. He is past president of the Financial Executives International (FEI), Rochester, N.Y. Chapter. He currently is a member of the FEI's national Committee on Corporate Reporting and is chairman of the FEI's FASB subcommittee. In addition, Kabureck is a member of the advisory council (FASAC) to the Financial Accounting Standards Board and the Standing Advisory Group to the Public Companies Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB).

Patricia M. Nazemetz is chief human resources and ethics officer for Xerox Corporation. She is also a vice president of the corporation, appointed in January 1999. Dr. Sophie Vandebroek is Xerox's Chief Technology Officer and the President of the Xerox Innovation Group. She was named to this position January 2006, and became a Corporate Vice President in February 2006.

Vandebroek has received awards from Xerox, IBM, HP, Monsanto, the Belgium National Science Foundation, Semiconductor Research Corporation, IEEE, and Cornell University. Vandebroek served as a judge for MIT's Technology Review Young Innovators awards, the Wall Street Journal Innovation awards and the FIRST Lego and Robotics competition regional awards. James A. Firestone is president, Corporate Operations at Xerox Corporation. He was named to this position in September 2008. He is also an executive vice president of the corporation, appointed in April 2007.
Firestone is responsible for the company's core corporate organizations that support all areas of the business worldwide, including research and development, information management, strategy, Fuji Xerox relations, human resources and ethics, marketing and communications, and Xerox's environmental health and safety initiatives.

Firestone headed the consumer division of Ameritech, a telecommunications company, from 1993 to 1995. From 1978 to 1993, he worked at American Express in a number of financial and general management positions, including president of the Japan division and president of the Travelers Cheque division.

In 2000 he was named deputy managing director of Xerox Europe with responsibility for its global document solutions and services group.
Most recently he was senior vice president and chief operating officer for Xerox Europe, responsible for industry operations, geographic field operations and concessionaires.

Previously Armour served as vice president, corporate strategy. As the company's chief strategist he was responsible for leading Xerox's strategic management processes and development activities as well as managing the company's relationship with alliance partners and with Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd.
Armour joined Xerox from the investment firm RHJ International, where he was an industrial partner helping to evaluate private equity investments and providing counsel to portfolio companies. Prior to RHJI, Armour was president and general manager from 2003-2005 of The Gillette Company's BRAUN global business division, headquartered in Germany. He also served as vice president of planning and integration for Gillette during its merger with Procter & Gamble. From 1990-2003, Armour was with Marakon Associates, the international consulting firm, where as a partner he directed multimillion dollar-valued improvement programs and strategic initiatives for clients in consumer products, financial services, pharmaceuticals, aerospace and other industries. He also led Marakon's North American recruitment activities and was a member of the firm's operations committee.

Maggie Wilderotter became Chairman and CEO of Frontier Communications on January 1, 2006. In 1981, he left Johnson & Johnson to serve as president of Becton Dickinson’s consumer products division and returned to Johnson & Johnson in 1983 as president of its Chicopee subsidiary. In 1986, Mr. Larsen was named a company group chairman and later that year became vice chairman of the executive committee and chairman of the consumer sector. He was elected a director in 1987 and served as chairman of the board and chief executive officer from 1989 to 2002. Mr. Larsen is also a director of Xerox Corporation and a trustee of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
