Claudio M. Guazzoni, 45 Served as Director since October 2000. Mr. Guazzoni is Chairman & CEO of Zanett, Inc which he co-founded in 2000. Prior to such time, he had co-founded The Zanett Securities Corporation in 1993, a merchant bank which was involved with numerous startup and early stage investments in technology and life sciences companies. At The Zanett Securities Corporation, Mr. Guazzoni was instrumental in the success and initial public offering of several young technology companies. His previous work as an Investment Banker and recent past experience as a fund manager provides Zanett with expertise in both finance and deal structuring.
Chuck is responsible for the day-to-day operations, organic expansion, and the integration and assimilation of acquired businesses at Zanett. Chuck has a long history as a growth leader with more than 20 years of experience in technology-based, management consulting organizations. Prior to joining Zanett, Chuck served as President of SPX Valley Forge, overseeing global operations in North America, Italy, France, Germany, and the UK. He has also served as President of Pinnacle Computer Resources and General Manager at GE Capital. Chuck has a Bachelors of Business Administration in Management & Labor Relations from Cleveland State University.

R. Evans Hineman is a private consultant dealing with intelligence community matters as well as corporate management and leadership. Previously he served as corporate Executive Vice President and president of the National Security Solutions Group of the ManTech International Corporation. Mr. Hineman also served as Litton Vice President for Intelligence, president of Litton/TASC and other leadership positions in TASC supporting customers in the intelligence community and other government entities. Prior to joining TASC in 1989, Mr. Hineman had served for more than thirty-three years in the U.S. Government. In 1964, Mr. Hineman joined the Central Intelligence Agency in 1964 as part the newly formed Foreign Missile and Space Analysis Center (FMSAC) where he served in various positions in the weapons analysis field including the Director of Weapons Intelligence. In 1973, Mr. Hineman was appointed by the DCI as of the DCI's Weapon and Space System Intelligence Committee, where he oversaw intelligence community missile and space analysis activities on behalf of the DCI. From 1979 until 1982, Mr. Hineman served as the Associate Deputy Director of Intelligence and in that position assisted in the management of all of CIA's analytic and intelligence production activities. Mr. Hineman was appointed Deputy Director for Science and Technology of the CIA and Director of Program B in the NRO in July 1982 and served in that position until his retirement from government service in September 1989. As the DDS&T, he was responsible for management of an organization engaged in research, development, engineering and operations of various intelligence collection and information processing systems. Mr. Hineman graduated from Lafayette College in 1956 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and worked briefly with Pratt and Whitney Aircraft. He began military service in the U.S. Army as a 2nd Lt. and served as a technical intelligence officer in the Ordnance Corps. Upon leaving active duty in 1958, Mr. Hineman joined the Ordnance Technical Intelligence Agency. On the occasion of the CIA's fiftieth anniversary, Mr. Hineman was awarded one of fifty Trailblazer awards for his service. He holds the CIA's Distinguished Intelligence Medal, the NRO's Distinguished Service Medal, and two National Intelligence Distinguished Service Medals and has served on various advisory boards for the government.

L. Scott Perry , is currently Chief Operating Officer and a board member of GPXS, an Amsterdam-based wireless applications and services company which develops software and hosted services for wireless email and applications. Prior to this, he was founder of Cobblers Hill Group, a consultancy firm providing strategy, business development and operational process analysis and recommendations to early stage companies and larger companies. He also served as Chairman of a corporate performance management software company, and Chairman of a public wireless applications firm, as well as serving on several boards of directors, board audit and compensation committees and advisory boards. He is an expert on the evolving structure of the service provider industry from communication services to managed services to software as services business models. Prior assignments include 13 years as ATT Vice President and corporate officer, with leadership roles in Strategy/Business Development, New services Marketing and Sales and 15 years as an IBM senior executive with assignments in General Management, Marketing, and Sales management.

Dr. Leonard Goldstein brings over 20 years of IT experience in various capacities from systems engineer to Chief Information Officer or Chief Technology Officer with such prestigious organizations as IBM and Goldman Sachs & Co. Most recently, he was at Pequot Capital Management, Inc. where he worked closely with the investment team to consider technology in the definition of the firm's long-term strategy and annual operating plans. Dr. Goldstein holds undergraduate, graduate and doctoral degrees in Systems Engineering and serves on a number of technical advisory boards. He also participated as a member of the Editorial Review Board of CIO Magazine. Dr. Goldstein received a B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degree in Engineering from Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn / NYU School of Engineering.
Mr. Trikha is a Principal at U Group (A team of entrepreneurs and executives focused on turnarounds of IT businesses). Prior to joining U Group in 2002, Mohan was President & CEO of InfoDream Corporation (A Silicon Valley company in the area of knowledge management). Mr. Trikha was Vice President and General Manager of Strategy and Planning for Xerox Corporation's Internet and Software Solutions division from 1998 to 2000, where he played an important role in building the company's new generation of online services and solutions. Prior to such time, he was Founder and Chief Executive Officer of InXight Software, an independent company funded by Xerox, from 1996 to 1998. He also held several senior-level positions with divisions of Xerox Corporation and IBM. Mr. Trikha is on the Boards of Qualance Software and Zanett, a publicly traded NASDAQ company. Mohan is a Charter Member of T.I.E., a professional organization for entrepreneurs Worldwide. Mohan holds a Bachelors in Technology from IIT Delhi and Masters in engineering from Cranfield/Imperial College in London.
