STANLEY R. ZAX is Chairman of the Board, President, and a Director of Zenith National Insurance Corp., and Chairman of the Board and a Director of Zenith Insurance Company and ZNAT Insurance Company. Mr. Zax has served as a Director of Zenith National Insurance Corp. and Zenith Insurance Company since 1977.

ALAN I. ROTHENBERG is an attorney; Chairman of First Century Bank; and a Neutral – Mediation & Arbitrations. He is the Founder and, since 1993, a Board Member of Major League Soccer. He was a Partner at Latham & Watkins LLP, from 1990 to 2000; Chairman of the Board, 1999 Women’s World Cup; Chairman and CEO, World Cup 1994, Inc.; Founder and Managing Partner, Manatt, Phelps, Rothenberg & Phillips, from 1966 to 1967 and from 1968 to 1990. Mr. Rothenberg also serves on the Board of Directors of Firstwave Technologies, Inc. He has served as a Director of Zenith National Insurance Corp. and Zenith Insurance Company since 2002.

MAX M. KAMPELMAN is an attorney and is presently of counsel to Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, of which he had been a partner. He served as Counselor of the Department of State and Head of the U.S. Delegation to negotiations on Nuclear and Space Arms with the Soviet Union from 1985 to 1989. Mr. Kampelman has served as a Director of Zenith National Insurance Corp. and Zenith Insurance Company since 1989.

MICHAEL WM. ZAVIS is an attorney and Retired Founding Partner of Katten Muchin & Zavis (now known as Katten Muchin Rosenman), of which he had been Co-Managing Partner. Mr. Zavis has served as a Director of Zenith National Insurance Corp. and Zenith Insurance Company since 1998.

WILLIAM S. SESSIONS is an attorney and security consultant. He has been with the law firm of Holland & Knight LLP since September 2000 and was with Sessions & Sessions, L.C. from 1995 to 2000. He was the Director, Federal Bureau of Investigation, from 1987 to 1993. He has served as a Director of Zenith National Insurance Corp. and Zenith Insurance Company since 1993.
