Rodney Mitton, CA is Chief Financial Officer and a director of Zaio Corporation. From October 2001 until November 2002 Mr. Mitton was the Chief Financial Officer of Nevis Energy Services Ltd., a TSXV listed company providing directional drilling services to the oil and gas industry. Since September 1994, he has been the President of RTK Enterprises Inc., a private financial consulting company. During that period he has also acted in the capacity of President of Red Oak Resources Inc., an oil and gas production company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the ?TSX?), Director and General Manager of Starlink Communications Corp., a TSXV listed company providing satellite uplink services primarily to the television industry, Chief Financial Officer of Zi Corporation, a NASDAQ and TSX listed technology company offering interface solutions for wireless and consumer communication products and Chief Financial Officer of Kelman Technologies Inc., a TSX listed company offering seismic processing and data management services to the oil and gas industry.

Blair Mullin is the Interim Chief Financial Officer for Zi Corporation and a Partner in the Portland practice of Tatum, LLC. As a Tatum Partner since 2003, Blair has served as Interim Chief Financial Officer and provided financial leadership for two consumer products companies, a $100 million industrial construction firm and several manufacturers. Prior to joining Tatum, LLC, Blair was President and Chief Operating Officer for International DisplayWorks, Inc., a manufacturer of LCD displays and modules; and Chairman, President and Chief Financial Officer of Morrow Snowboards. Blair has held other leadership positions at Westbeach Canada, ULC, British Columbia Mercantile Corp., and Padovano Foods, Ltd. Blair holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Roland Williams is the senior vice president technical innovations at Zi Corporation, a leading provider of embedded software technology and education products. Roland manages one of the most important Zi assets: its proprietary technology. He is responsible for assembling and directing the intellectual property portfolio for Zi. Zi Corporation considers the development and protection of its intellectual property as key to its competitiveness. Roland and his team continually monitor the technical environment for potential opportunities and threats to the Zi intellectual property position. Working in tandem with the Zi legal team, Roland provides the technical analysis and assessment that is necessary to protect and develop intellectual property rights for Zi. Roland is a professional engineer who holds a masters degree in semiconductor material science and a PhD in microwave engineering, with over 30 years experience in the wireless industry. Prior to joining Zi, Roland developed concept products for a cellular equipment manufacturer, produced the world's first three-channel portable cell site and created the first signal processing geophone for intelligent seismic survey. Roland earned his PhD and masters degrees from UCNW Bangor. He is the named inventor on a number of patents granted in the United States and Europe. Roland has been an active Ham Radio operator in the UK, Canada and Hong Kong. In his spare time, he builds and repairs aircraft and is a certified flight instructor.

Zi is committed to the continued development and support of its existing product range, as well as growing the business relationships with its global customer base. Furthermore, Zi has much-anticipated, intelligent products for new markets and Axel is responsible for developing these new markets and for establishing long term business relationships with the leading global companies in these areas. To help Axel achieve these important goals, he works with a team of professional Sales Directors, Account Managers, Professional Services Consultants and Business Development managers based in all of the main regions Zi operates in. Prior to being appointed VP of Global Sales, Axel successfully ran Zi's European and Japanese regions, where he grew the business significantly, winning several key new accounts as well as securing several strategic technology licensing wins. Axel is a professional industry executive with 8 years experience in the wireless technology sector. Prior to joining Zi Corporation, Axel played an important role during the formation of Symbian, the privately owned, market-leading OS provider for Smartphones where he subsequently managed several strategic global accounts. Axel has a business degree from the Copenhagen Business School. Outside of work, Axel has a number of keen interests such as family activities, fly fishing, golf and table tennis.

Brandon Mensinga is the Director of Qix at Zi Corporation and has more than six years' experience in the mobile handset industry to his name. Brandon joined Zi in 2000, after working for Nortel Networks and MPR Teltech. In his previous roles for Zi, Brandon has worked within Product Management, Professional Services, Business Development and Marketing. Brandon spent three years overseeing the development and ongoing management of strategic wireless partnerships for Zi, to drive brand revenue and new product opportunities. This role included working with key vendors such as Qualcomm, Texas Instruments, Microsoft and Symbian. He has also serviced Zi OEM/ODM customers in both North America and Europe and spent a year as Senior Product Manager, responsible for overseeing the development and ongoing management of the Zi Decuma AB Sweden entity and product line. Due to Brandon's significant knowledge and experience with Zi products and the wireless ecosystem, it was a natural progression for him to move into the Director's role for Qix. Brandon received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree (1998) from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia.
