Darin Billerbeck is Zilog's Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Zilog, Darin served 14 years in executive and management positions in the Intel Mobile Group's Flash Product Group. From 1999 to 2007 he was vice president and general manager of the Flash Product Group, managing a $2 billion business and directing the efforts of over 7,000 employees worldwide. In that position, he was responsible for developing and implementing Intel's Flash and Wireless strategic business plans. He served as director of design engineering for the Flash Product Group from 1997 to 1999 and as the group's director of packaging and test technology from 1995 to 1997. From 1995 to 1997 he was the Flash Product Group's director of operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Davis.

Michelle Leyden Li serves as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development and General Manager of the home control business unit at Zilog. She is responsible for all aspects of marketing worldwide as well as new business development and human resources.Michelle has over 14 years of experience in the high technology and creative media industries. She spent over 10 years at Intel Corporation where she held a variety of senior management positions in marketing and business development including Director of Business Development for Intel's Digital Health Group. Prior to Zilog, Michelle was the V.P. of Marketing and Business Development at Pedersen Media Group, one of the bay areas preeminent creative media agencies where she developed new media strategies for Fortune 500 companies. Michelle has a Bachelor Degree from the State University of New York at Purchase, a Master of Business Administration Degree from U.C. Davis and a Juris Doctorate from King Hall School of Law, U.C. Davis.

William N. Carrico graduated from Santa Clara University in 1972 with a BSEE. After working at Fairchild Semiconductor and Zilog, Inc., Bill went on to co-found seven networking companies in the Bay Area over the next 20 years, including Bridge Communications in 1981. Bridge was a vendor of internetwork routers and bridges that went public in 1985 and merged with 3Com Corporation in 1987, during which time Carrico served as President of 3Com. A second startup, Network Computing Devices, a maker of X terminals and PC-UNIX integration software, was founded in 1988 and went public in 1992. Carrico served as President and CEO of NCD until 1993 when he became Chairman. Carrico also served as Chairman of Precept Software from the company's 1995 founding as a maker of streaming video software. After Cisco Systems acquired Precept in 1998, in 1999 he became Cisco's Senior Vice President of the Small and Medium Business Unit through April 2000. Carrico then co-founded Packet Design LLC in 2000 as a network startup incubator.. Packet Design LLC has spun-off three separate companies.

Felice Curcelli joined noHold in March of 2001 to lead noHold's Engineering and IT teams. At the helm of the Engineering, QA, Product management, and IT departments, Felice transformed a great vision into a highly scalable enterprise software solution. He has a talent for analyzing and solving technical problems, while never loosing focus on strategy and vision. He brings more than 20 years in the software industry, having held positions in software engineering, product and project management, marketing, professional services, and IT management consulting. He was Director of Project Management for Healtheon/WebMD before joining noHold. His career includes a variety of technology-based management positions with Lotus, Santa Cruz Operation, Ridge, Zilog, and Olivetti. Felice also spent four years as a consultant, helping companies automate their business operations by adopting groupware and intranet-based solutions. He holds a Master of Science degree in computer science, summa cum laude, from the

Mr. Sanquini has been the Chairman of the Board of PortalPlayer, Inc., a public company that designs, develops, and markets personal media player solutions, since November 2002. Mr. Sanquini retired from National Semiconductor as Senior Vice President in January 2000. Mr. Sanquini had been with National Semiconductor since 1980, except for between March 1989 and December 1989, when he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Information Storage Devices, a semiconductor company.
